Could I play without knowing anything about Batman?
So pretty much like the title says, I have never seen or read anything related to Batman. Saw 20 minutes gameplay of season 1 and have to say I got excited for this game and decided to play it. But can I enjoy the game without knowing anything about batman,or should I at least see the movies to have a bit more understanding.

Absolutely, Telltale's take requires very little knowledge of the Batman lore.

Honestly I don't think any incarnation of Batman takes that much prior knowledge to understand. Really the only thing they ever skip over is the origin and that's not always necessary.
Knowledge certainly adds to the experience but it isn't necessary.
I'd imagine the game to be much better without any prior knowledge of Batman lore. you simply have nothing to compare it to so it is completely new and fresh.
No fanboy here but basically all telltale games don't require knowledge on the franchise they take to understand the game.

On some level, it might actually be better for you not to be steeped in Batman lore. This way you won't be disappointed by some character because they haven't stayed true to what they have been.
Yes, you can play. It is a different perspective to Batman story. It has some similarities with original comic story but I suggest you should read comics as well. Comics are good.
That's how i played it, so i could say yes! I didn't know any other Batman's(and still don't really know) and i still enjoy it and understand all of the lore in both seasons!
