What are your strategies for walker combat?
This thread can act as help for all those who sometimes struggle in these scenes. I think they're quite easy, but that's only because there's one strategy that I always use: go around the sides and then kill them. Never let yourself get surrounded because then you're screwed, find a route where there are only walkers coming in from one direction. What do you do?

Yes, I normally run around so that they are all approaching me from one direction.
If it’s a larger group of them, I stun one or two of them so I can have some time to move around or kill the others without stunning them.
I stun one and then kill the one behind it and by the time i've finished the stunned one has just got up again
I tried that a lot but most of the time the stunned walker kills me right after I finish with the other walker.
Heck I just run around pressing triangle(PS4). It hasn't failed me yet lol.
Two steps forward, stun, one step back, kill, another step back, kill, reposition, repeat.
I tend to try and flank them. Stealth kills ftw! If that's not an option, I go straight for the head unless two (or more) are clustered together. Then I stun one, stun the second, and have time to kill the first before the second gets back up.
If they're close together that can happen.Try stunning the one closest to you, then backing up and letting the other one come to you. It gets you out of the range of the stunned one if it gets up while you're killing the other one.
