Sure it would, but I only have a PS3. When I had to decide between a PS3 and and Xbox360, I picked the PS3 because I didn't have a Blu-ray player (and wanted one), so the PS3 was the better deal for me.

Plus I didn't care much for the Xbox-exclusive games, while the PS3-exclusives were more matching my taste.

Bluray was a factor for me too.... PS3 also seemed like it had more titles my kids would enjoy.... we have a wii as well.

Still no confirmation of a PC release :/
Though luckily they keep emphasising this post on their blog:
We’ve read all the polite requests (and the not so polite ones) to bring DeathSpank to PC platforms. Rest assured that both EA and Hothead want as many people as possible to experience DeathSpank, so don’t read too much into the announced platforms just yet. Get yourself subscribed to the RSS feed for this blog (links below) or follow us on Twitter and we’ll update you as soon as any new platforms get confirmed.
So I'm sure a PC release will come. I just hope they announce it soon, and that the release date isn't far behind the Xbox and PS3 releases.

Just a few days left until Deathspank hits us hard!

Three days for PS3 users. Four for ... 360 losers.

    JUST KIDDING!

I have all the consoles and portables of this generation, but I'll be getting it on PSN, because it comes out first.

I'm not put off by the graphics at all. I think the game looks fine. I'm a lot more worried about the gameplay; that trailer just shows awfully generic hack'n'slash that probably couldn't entertain me too long.

But maybe there's more going on in the full game. I loved the Quest for Glory series (which involves RPG combat in between adventuring) and Beyond Good & Evil too (which is a story-driven platform game really) so action and adventure gameplay can work really well together.
