UPDATE!
THANK YOU for your help, it seems like we got a really good amount of tests to play with, so no more emails need to be sent in. If you haven't received an emailed response by Wednesday (and remember to check your spam folders) then post here to help us with the bug reporting.
You guys are champs, thanks for your awesomeness!
If you love mindless, repetitive tasks, have we got a job for you!
It has come to our attention that our Support system is a little wonky- there's been reports of missing tickets, unreceived emails and the like. In order to get the best support possible, we're going to do a Support Ticket Test... this is where you come in.
We need people to send in ONE support ticket on MONDAY, to support@telltalegames.com with the subject:
"Look, a 3 Headed Monkey! (your forum name)"
The body of the email should be:
"Hello Telltale, this email is to test your support system. I am totally awesome for helping out and expect to hear from you soon.
Your Name:
Your Forum Handle: "
You should get an automated response from our system with a ticket number. If you haven't received a personal (non-automated) reply from us within 3 days (that's on Thursday) post here to say that there's been some error and we'll torture you for information. I'm dusting off the stretching rack as we speak.
Thank you so much for your help in helping us grow. We have a great support team, so we just need the technical part taken care of. Post here if you're gonna give it a whirl!
