I still haven't recieved a reply for my test email, but I also haven't recieved a reply for issue-20939 which I sent on the 19th. I understand that it was a weekend with the week opened immediately by this test, so I can wait
It has now been 25.5 hours since I submitted my tickets.
The first one (issue #21160 / Hotmail e-mail address) got an automated reply within three minutes and a personalized reply 37 minutes later.
The second one (issue #21161 / ICQMail e-mail address) got an automated reply equally fast but still has not received a personalized reply.
I've also checked my junk mail folder (which should not even be a problem as support@telltalegames.com is in my contact list).
The ICQMail address is the one that's been linked to my Telltale account since I opened it and I'm pretty sure that I did not receive a reply to the previous two e-mails that I sent Telltale's customer service from it (however, I'm also pretty sure that neither one of those e-mail even got an automated reply, so... a step in the right direction?).
I'll keep checking.
For the record, I, too, received a personal reply from Bonnie roughly 8 hours after my initial email - not bad at all considering the time difference to Germany. And well in line with my past experiences with Telltale support. Thanks, folks!
I also have not received a response yet, though I do not know if you want me to wait til the end of this business day before we call the support ticket MIA.
Still havent recieved an automated reply or personal reply from the test email I sent on Monday. Going to take it that it isn't going to come to be honest.

Still nothing at the end of day three. Here is the ticket number:
issue-21133
No personal response for me either, alas. My number was issue-21120, received in my Gmail account 6:45 PDT Monday morning. My original message was sent to support at 6:43. Will provide any additional info if needed!
Another without personal reply: issue-21139.
Sent from msn.com Monday morning, got the automated reply two minutes later, but nothing since (also checked Junk Email).

I also haven't received an automated or personal response from the mail I sent on monday. I did receive answers regarding a different issue, which I sent on saturday. I never had any problems with mail from support coming through until the test-mail on monday.
Macfly77, I think you have the same problem than me: You sent two messages with different email accounts, but the same name.
Then, since both messagers are from the same person, Tellatale support people only have replied one of them.
Awesome, keep 'em coming. We're a little swamped right now so we won't be getting to the lost tickets until... probably tomorrow? Sit tight and we'll bugfix when we can.
On one hand, it's good that we're seeing the problem crop up here, so we can fix it. On the other hand... it's bad that we're seeing problems at all, argh.
Four days and still nothing (on the personalized reply to issue #21161 front).
I'm beginning to think that Javi-Wan Kenobi might be right in his message from yesterday morning.
We are actively looking at these problems, thank you for your responses. Any NEW and unreported issues should still be reported here, but previously-noted problems don't need to be. Thanks so much again!
Now would be the time to bring it up, if you didn't receive a response. Though we've already calculated most of the data, we could use some revising if more emails fell through the cracks.

Same here.

I have no personalized reply to issue 21152, btw.

I regularly check my spam folder, so it's definitely not in there...
Are there still many others with tickets not yet responded to?
