1. Go to the link you posted.
2. Click on the picture to go to its original post.
3. Right click on the GIF and select whatever your browser says to view the image. In Firefox, it's "View Image". Alternatively, if your browser has a "Copy Image Location" option, you can use that and skip step 4.
4. With just the image, copy the URL from the address bar. In your case, it ends with ".gifv"
5. In your post, click the "Image" button and paste that address in the "Image URL" field.
