It's up to Frankenstein's family (and liquid snake as a plot ramp later on) to save him and stop the release of this delta Metal Gear unto the world.

As I wandered the unfeeling streets of New York, I came across a video game store that could only be a front for a crime syndicate. I walked into it's gaping maw, the noise from the kiosks pounding into my brain like a bullet. A voice beckoned to me from afar.
"It's-a me, Mario!".
I stumbled toward the call, drunk with excitement and trepidation. For the first time in my shell of an existence, I discovered some semblance of joy lingering inside of me. It was Super Mario Galaxy playing on the Wii kiosk. I couldn't hold back. I picked up the Wiimote, feeling it's warm embrace, and proceeded to play.
Also, Batman was there. Batman is awesome.

The girl and the three ducks
Once upon a time, on a farm in the land of Hyrule, lived a girl, the daughter of a farmer, named Malon. She wasn't a particularly sweet girl though. Every day, she went around chasing chicken, hitting them with hard sticks. The Godesses naturally were not pleased with that.
One day, Malon hit one chicken so bad it started to cry. This angered the Goddesses so much that they devised a plan. One night Din, the Goddess of Power, appeared as a duck with a red tunic and a red cap in front of Malon while she was asleep. When Malon woke up, she could only see her shadow.
"Malon, my name is Huey. I've been sent by the Goddesses to warn you. If you hurt one more chicken again a dark fate will befall you."
Malon however was not intimidated. She lit a candle, and there she saw the Goddess.
"You're a duck," Malon said before hitting Din with a stick.
The Goddess of Wisdom, Nayru, had actually anticipated this however, and also came down, this time as a duck with a blue tunic and blue cap. When Malon woke up again, she said:
"Malon, my name is Dewey. I've come on behalf of the Goddesses to ask you this. Please tell me, how would you feel like if you were being hit by a stick?"
Malon however was not dumb. She lit a candle, and there she saw the Goddess.
"You're a duck," Malon said before hitting Nayru with a stick.
However, unknown to Malon, Nayru also had anticipated this, because the Goddess of Courage, Farore, already was there, standing there right behind Malon. She then finally appeared to Malon as a duck with a green tunic and a green cap.
"Malon, my name is Louie. I've been summoned by the Goddesses to tell you this. If you get up to hit me with a stick, you will be sorry for the rest of your life."
Malon however was not afraid. She lit a candle, and there she saw the Goddess.
"You're a duck," Malon said before hitting Farore with a stick, but the moment the stick hit Farore, Malon felt something changing. First, the stick fell from her hands, and when she looked, all she saw were feathers. Her arms turned into wings! When she walked up to a mirror, she then saw what she had become: a chicken.
Satisfied, the Goddesses left. However, after a while they saw Malon, crying in shame, feeling regrets. The Goddesses decided to have mercy with her, and turned her back into a human being once more.
From that day on the Goddesses put a curse on all the chicken in the world, so that every time a chicken gets hurt just for pleasure, that person would be haunted by a flock of chicken.
