Best Worst Voice Acting Anywhere?

What game/tv show/series has the funniest horrible voice acting? And don't say Zero Wing, because that's too obvious.

In my opinion; the early Resident Evil games are awesome.

    I can't remember the game names but there was one Megaman game where this guy talked like Elmer Fudd.

    "When we find that metea (meteor), we'll find Dr. Wowee. (Wily)"

    And another game that has one of my favorite bad quotes of all time.

    "Sorry not interested." (to a girl)
    "Oh you're into THAT huh?"
    "I like girls, but this time, it's about justice."

    The voice acting in Flight of the Amazon Queen is so terrible I cannot play that game.

    Dr. Light from Mega Man 8. Is it any wonder after that horror that MM9 was retraux (and considering how well that gem did, so will the upcoming MM10)?

    House of the Dead 2 has my absolute favorite bad acting. They didn't even *try* to sound good. Seriously, if you haven't played it, you cannot comprehend just how terrible it really is.

    That's half intentional. The HotD series always has been. Overkill just took it to absurdly entertaining limits.

    As for me... pretty much all of these. Especially #23.

    Shining Force 3 for Sega Saturn has the worse voice acting I've ever seen.

    Finnish Digimon Adventure. I have no idea what they're saying at the start and I still know it's the worst voice acting I've ever heard.

    Harry as Goyle in the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets game. Skip to 5:00 for the talking part. Draco's voice actor is pretty bad too, but Goyle's is horrible.

    No the worst voice acting for any game is the first resident evil...omg that was so horrible.

    I imagine Shenmue 1 is also bad, but I haven't played it. Heh.

    Oh it's bad, but Shenmue 2 is cripplingly bad. I couldn't play more than 20 minutes.

    My friend played The Witcher recently, he said it was a fun game but I wasn't convinced since all I could hear was the HORRIBLE ACTING. I tend to get angry when I hear bad voice overs, and that game made me quite upset.

    Yup that was the one. I can still hear it in my head, almost drowned out by the sound of my own screams.

    Shenmue 1&2 are amazing games but the voice overs could be a lot better, now I miss Shenmue

    Heh, yeah. I played Overkill. That game should win the award for the Most Gratuitous Use of the Word F*** in A Serious Videogame.
