Sam n Max Tribute! By SWP and Icedhope

Imagine... Sam n Max are cleaning up their front yard, so much snow... they soon ditch the shovels and try something more... mmm, faster? :D

We wanted to make an animation but we ran out of time, and out of Majus :p Actually, Majus didn't know that we were doing this... he's a pro, but I wanted to make a surprise for everybody, including him. I just didn't have enough time on my hands, and Flash is such a cool but difficult program to work with.

Anyway... we removed any sound effects (such as people screaming and BOOM, WHAM, KPOW! so you can enjoy this little musical with only your imagination. When you hear some lyrics that don't match up entirely with the actual background music, we were supposed to insert a cool and funny animation or sound effect...anyway, bla bla, here it is :D

Cool way to scoop the snow

The Script/Lyrics

Short intro in which we see these two in the snow, with two shovels near them.
They were looking up as if they just blew up something. Music starts.

Sam: Oh the people outside are frightened
Max: 'Cause the sky suddenly got brightened
Sam: Such an apocalitptic glow
Sam n Max: Let it blow, let it blow, let it blow!

Sam: Max doesn't show signs of pausing
Max: Sam's amazed by the destruction I'm causing
Sam: Better keep your head low
Sam n Max: Let it blow, let it blow, let it blow!

(we see Max launching LeChuck in the air with a biiig fireworks rocket) BOOM!
Max: I didn't know it could reach that height
Sam: Kinda looks like a meteor swarm
Max(poetic): The sky looks ever so bright
Sam: Now it looks like a magnetic storm

Max: Bits and pieces are still flying
Sam: And the people are still crying (as in screaming)
Max: That's a cool way to scoop the snow! (we see them grabbing the shovels and the camera movement actually reveals that all they were trying to do is clear their front lawn of snow)
Sam n Max: Let it blow, let it blow, let it blow!!

    We'll try to make the animation later on. A video...hmmm...how would I look with bunny ears? = ) )

    I believe we stared this in early December, and it took me a while to record all my lines, so heres an excerpt from our conversation.

    SWP: Hey you got those lines done yet?
    Icedhope: Maybe.
    SWP: We need those done in time for christmas cheer, and Jollyment of the fans.
    Icedhope: Fine, I'll get them done, hey whats loom?
    SWP: Loom is a graphical advent... HEY LINES!
    Icedhope: Yes sir.

    I have just one suggestion, have them use snow blowers instead of shovels. It'd match the lyric better. Otherwise, can't wait to see how you work this one out. :)

    Now I'm thinking about it, if you do a video, I wanna see how you get to do the special effects.

    That was my original intention, David Knowlin has one of those voices thats too hard to copy.

    and Harvey atkins voice is just to unique for me, and I really wanted to play Sam as I first heard him and me doing Bill farmer blew SWP and Majus away so I just stuck with it.
