I loathe the idea entirely. No, Sam and Max should visit an underwater city built by Objectivism with an Art Deco aesthetic. Trust me, good idea.

I too am against this idea.

This seems like a really bad idea.

Not so sure about the already-existing episodes having 3D added to them.

But what about making a completely new episode or film made specifically for 3D? That way, they could purposely put things in that they know they want flying out of the screen and whatnot and really make the most of it.

I don't think 3D effects would add much to the original series, but if they had it in mind while creating a new episode they'd probably be able to do a lot with it. Sam and Max always has plenty of action anyway!

No. This would never work. Bad idea. Leave it as-is. It is fine.

Sailorcuteness said "remade" in 3D, not slightly modified. I think that Sam and Max could poke fun at cheap 3D tricks and do some really cool things with the effect if the story was written with 3D in mind.

Ew, no. Keep the 3D in Telltale and the 2D in the cartoons.

The only 3D I wish to see Sam & Max in is their games. That is all. Besides, the games themselves are like their own animated series, to some extent. You have seasons, and episodes, so why would you need to make it into something you can't interact with? It's just taking the games, and skipping all the puzzles and other choices that are included with it.

needless to say, THE PEOPLE WANT MORE MACHINIMA! why has there been only one new sam and max thing to watch in like 12 years? sam and max nearly save christmas was way awesome. i wish they'd showed a bit more for the "find the four horseman" puzzle sequence though. i can understand why it was shortened, but did it really need to be only like four seconds? at any rate, longplays (or let's plays, whatever you chooseth) of the game are great, so don't be afraid to leave a little puzzle in. part of the appeal of the original animated series was the way sam and max worked together to solve the crazy situations they got in, and what they'd say to each other during that time.

NO! JUST NO! Sam and Max if not in video game format look awesome in hand drawn, they way they need to be.

I might be being ignorant, but can't you get software/equipment that will make any game 3D?

I wouldnt say remake the original, but if a movie or something came out in 3D I'd be the first one there.

..This is very unrelated to the fact I have a 3D addiction at the moment. >_>

If they wanted to make a new series with CGI I would watch it happily... but the original cartoons do not need to be redone.

I want some o' that! What's it called? And do you need glasses?

I'd buy the comics again if they had 3D glasses, but I woudln't think it would work for the animated series.
