Oh, definitely. Though I gotta say, of all the things that Fallout 3 ended up doing HORRIBLY WRONG, I did like that I could walk around the wasteland to opening song-worthy 50s tunes. I also liked that I could kill the annoying bastard that kept interrupting them.
Edit: Oh man, I feel like playing Fallout now
Completely normal! Just make sure you have all the fan patches and children patches applied(where applicable). You could also go for Arcanum. I'm really feeling like playing some Arcanum about now.
Oh really?! Man, now I'm feeling like picking up Fallout 2 again. That game is just amazing. Here's hoping New Vegas finally lives up to the legacy, at least a little bit. They have Avellone writing, you know.
I bought a Switchfoot album... Nothing is Sound, I think. Ah, I don't know which one, but basically it works fine in a CD player, but when I put it into my computer, WinAmp doesn't recognize it as an audio CD. Instead, it appears to be some kind of hybrid-disc that wants to autorun some Flash applet when I want to listen to music from my computer.
I don't remember what exactly I did to get mp3's of the songs, but I can tell you it was really a pain in the ass.
I was poking around in my mp3 library, and discovered that I couldn't get this album to work in Winamp. For some reason, the files I had created were (still) in .wma for whatever reason and I couldn't get them to play at all in WMP (Windows Media Player) or Winamp or anything else because:
Anyway, I do have the CD...
and was going to rip the tracks off the disc, but neither Winamp nor WMP would play the disc or see the tracks at all. Even the Flash app that comes on the disc that can see the tracks can't play them. After looking online and finding info about "Sony rootkit DRM" [which seems to be incompatible with my copy of Windows 7 cuz it wouldn't install (albeit fortunately,)] this is where I said "screw it" and downloaded an mp3 copy of the album via uTorrent.
You can tell me that I'm doing illegal stuff, but I don't care. DRM shouldn't be this freakin annoying.

Maybe it's just me, but "Nothing is Sound" seems like the perfect title for such a disc to me - perhaps with an added subtitle of "(Everything is DRM Encumbered, Copy-Protected Playback-Prevented Crap Instead)"...
The only correct way to treat such discs would be to return them to the retailer, but I seem to remember that's not even an option in the US when the disc has been used...

With general music taste, I am really liking the new Flobots album, though I'm disappointed with the new Coheed and Cambria album.
Mark Morgan's ambient soundtracks for Fallout and Fallout 2 are nothing short of amazing.

Yeah, there were big updates to both the Fallout 2 Unofficial Patch and the Fallout 2 Restoration Project the other day, and I'm really looking forward to checking them out.

Outside of games, I'm very into trip hop. Early Goldfrapp and Rob Dougan get a lot of plays in the library.
