The usual answer: Telltale doesn't have any translators of its own, so it will almost certainly initially be english-only. Translation seems especially unlikely here because it's a single pilot episode.
Yes. I too doubt it will be translated to other languages right off the bat since this is part of Telltale's Pilot program, which basically is to test the idea for more risky, quirky concepts.
If it becomes popular enough, I'd assume it would be translated to other languages. Especially if it ever gets an Xbox Live Arcade release, since I believe translations are required by Microsoft on that system.
