The E3 teaser for Jurassic Park and Back to the Future

Why isn't SBCG4AP mentioned on the new teaser? I understand why Bone wasn't mention (lost licence), but why not Strong Bad? Is it because the cell shading didn't blend in with the other games?

Strong Bad doesn't have a center storyline that fits in with every other game (minus Episodes 4-5) but still, there's no main plot so it won't fit in with the other games mentioned.

Wasn't Strong Badia the Free just the King of Town's response to what Strong Bad did to him in Homestar Ruiner?

And didn't Strong Bad go home at the end of Strongbadia the Free to play the Limozeen game?

I was also wondering why Strong Bad wasn't mentioned in the big list o' games in the trailer. Maybe Telltale felt their trailer needed to feature games that were more relevant/recent, since a trailer can only last so long. And speaking of the trailer, does anyone know where the background music comes from? It sounds strangely familiar but at the same time I feel I haven't heard it before. Just thought I'd ask.

I kind of had the impression from some TTG staff posts and general atmosphere of the issue that TTG and The Brothers Chaps had a bit of a falling out.

The music sounds Wallace & Grommit-ish.

What on earth? Nope there was not a "falling out." Many of us still talk to the Chaps on a decently regular basis.

I don't know why Strong Bad isn't in there to be honest, but most likely because it's a bit goofier in appearance than the "cinematic cartoon" stuff from Tales/W&G/Sam & Max. Not meant as a dig on that series or anything.

Well that's a relief to hear :). I wasn't saying it was fact. Just a weird vibe I got. I just remember somebody on the TTG staff saying something to the effect of being slightly annoyed at the Chaps attitude towards the DVD cover and something about "it's not like they made the game" or something.

Maybe I'm just remembering wrong or I took it completely out of context.

Wasn't that between TTG and Videlectrix (and therefore a Joke)?

Yes, actually. But I don't see how that's automatically taken as a joke....? I thought Videlectrix was the actual name the Chaps were using even though it's not real (since they DID create flash games in their cartoons, so Videlectrix is acceptable as a game dev name).

I just would not think the Chapmans would use Videlectrix to communicate anything serious. I would also not think TTG or the Chapmans would live out their problems that open.

The turf wars between Videlectrix and TellTale was all just a gag, based on the idea that the Videlectrix guys are angry and anachronistic developers who think that everything post-1992 is bad. Whenever you read a Videlectrix quote, you have to think of it in this voice.
