do you have to pay the Floor Cuote? is there something like that?
It's not, a Floor Cuote or "Pie de Piso" is when a newcomer is basically forced to invite the all the people floor where he/she's working to a Restorant and pay. Really important stuff I learn in my intership about start to work
is it called different? Am I giving a bad idea?

Please don't give them any ideas! kthx :)

Welcome to the forums. As a warning, things can get very out of control here.

The discussions often veer off into unexpected territory, but 'very out of control'?

    I don't think so.

    Oh, sorry. Fix'd.

So, Alan, as you can see, there is also some bullying going on around here, on top of the threads derailing and sometimes trolling. Sorry you end up inheriting us, but I'm glad someone finally is! It was becoming a not-so-friendly place to hang around.

    SizzleBird, not out of control.

    Sam & Max furries. Possibly.

    Not a bad not-very-out-of-control to very-out-of-control ratio.

Yeah, alan: you need to get around the fad of calling soybean421 the right name(s). He keeps insisting his name is seibert999 or something.

It's a win for everyone if we get a TTG employee to call Sleetblog names too.

And also, Alan, I noticed this a while ago but am going to mention it now: Has anyone ever told you you look a tad like Amir in Jake and Amir (without the beard)?

Hello hello hello! Pleased to meet ya, and my apologies for a greeting utterly bereft of originality and wit. :o :)

I enjoy a good baby birthday cake, but with Splenda substituting for sugar. Got to keep the waistline looking good you know?

    How's that?

So long as it looks something like this, I'm more than willing to put aside any qualms related to ethics and sugar substitutes.* Mmmm.

    --

*Okay, that's not true. I like Splenda. But I'm a cake purist who steadfastly ignores caloric intake for the sake of unsullied taste, so.

No. It's not a win for the people who find it annoying (including me). I also have seen no reason to believe that he find it anything but annoying. And I really don't get the point of getting someone's name wrong again and again just because you know it's something they feel strongly about.

I have discussed things with Siebert via PM over the last month. If he had a problem with what was going on, it would have been shut down.

You've lost me with the last two sentences I'm afraid.

EDIT: wait, do you mean that what you know isn't a lot, as far as forums are concerned?
(Also, it's "As far as I know". I'm now wondering if it's possible to say "Far as I know", too, though).

Alan, in 80 words or less, how do you respond to the well-founded claim that Telltale Eats Babies?
Didn't Telltale's baby consumption drop drastically since you left?

This is pretty tame compared to most of the forums I go, to be honest. I wouldn't worry, Alan Johnson. Can I call you Alan Johnson?

"Far as I know" is fine, but it's colloquial. It's the result of the first "as" being either omitted or unstressed to the point of omission in speech, so it isn't actually grammatically correct. Far as I know.
