Only one crush, which I was annoyed at, never thought I'd find a video game character attractive, but what got me was Eva from MGS3, she was just awesome.
Woot! Planescape: TORMENT for the WIN! Most awesome CRPG ever made (though annoyingly realistic that your *character* has to learn something for you to be able to progress even if *you* know it...)
I prefer Cassandra myself, but I'm too back and forth on her to really consider her a crush. Same with Lara Croft. Sometimes both characters are awesome to me, and sometimes I see them and wonder what I saw in them before. I guess it varies from game to game.
Also, I can't stand Soul Calibur and I've never had the opportunity to play Tomb Raider, so I haven't really had a lot of exposure to either character (and have never heard Lara Croft speak, so it came as quite a surprise when I found out recently that she's British).

I can think of a lot of girls of several ages who have had a crush on adult Link but I've yet to find any who have ever crushed on the young one but me, haha.
Now, probably the video game character I've found the most "attractive" so far is Godot from Phoenix Wright.
Especially when he's still Diego.
