JAM: January Animation Month - Make 31 Animations In January

I have participated in NaNoWriMo and FAWM, and I wished there was a similar thing for my biggest love: animation. So, the JAM was born!
I know there's people here who enjoy making animations, so I thought I'd see if anyone wants to join me. I'll try it regardless if I have anyone joining me, but it would be a lot more fun to have other people joining in the fun.
I started up a simple page for the JAM on my website, here. Like the other challenges like this, it's just for fun, there's no prizes, and there's only one challenge: to make 31 animations in the 31 days of January. It doesn't have to be an animation a day, you can make as many animations a day as you want. The animation can be flash, traditionally animated, stop-motion, CGI, animated gif or whatever you wish. They can be 1 second long or they can be 20 minutes long. It's up to you. Just remember the goal is to make 31 animations in 31 days, so use your own judgement so you don't burn yourself out.
So, anyone here feel like joining in on the fun?

Little sneak preview of one of the many projects I intend to get back to during the year. If I can get things moving again, I'll try to post a new one every day this month.
Nice animations, both of you!
Here's my first animation of the month.
JAM #1: New Year's Resolution.
So I'll sit back and enjoy the show.
Darth Marsden: that looks great. Is it for a game you're making?
Also, you misspelled my name. For that, you must die!

FYI, I abandoned the project when a reformat made me lose all the files. A version exists on the interwebs, so if you're that desperate, here it is.
Another one tomorrow, since it's a Wednesday, and I'm always swamped on a Wednesday.
EDIT: Gary, love your anim.

I've said it once and I'll say it again, the Disney Hall of Presidents is responsible for my Irrational fear of Calvin Coolidge.

Y'know, it's actually kinda interesting revisiting this. I may get back into it. Maybe.

This thread is great for actually getting me to do some bloomin' work on the thing!
So, only an oldie today:

Also, kind of as a bonus, here's the original I was working on, a special edition release of the original I made:

I still have a pounding headache, but I had an idea for an animation that I wanted to get done. I'm really achy now, so I don't feel like messing with my website to get it up there. EDIT: I messed around with the website after all, and converted it to SWF. So, Here it is.

Might make one of these my avatar, actually.
Here's my weird little animation for today.
First, I could not get the hair right. It's most frustrating. If any of you would like to have a go at improving it and getting it more 'Tennant-ish', I'd greatly appreciate it. Here's all the individual frames, edit as you like.
Second, before I added the long coat, I had a horrid realization - this doesn't look like the 10th Doctor. In fact, it looks more like... the 11th Doctor! Tell me I'm wrong!
But anyway. Here's the animation as it stands. Enjoy.

I'll post my new animation for today later on.
EDIT: Here's the animation for today. It's a shorty, but I still think it's a fun one.
Interesting story behind this one. He used to be the fat guard that you encountered on the fifth level. When I first started editing the game, I couldn't change the palettes for anything, so I ended up making the guy... well, he was dressed in blue. Even his hair.
In the time since I last edited the game, I've figured out how to edit palettes (use Paint Shop Pro 7, basically), so his hair is now dark blonde and he has a black jacket. Trousers stay the same though.
Only problem is, I can't test it in game. Because he's on the fifth level, the only way to see him is if I play through the first four. For some reason, the level editor won't let me skip straight to the level in question. Bizarre. But anyway, he counts for today's animation, so there ya go!
