I was rather unexpectedly allowed to leave work early today (yay!), so I've had time to finish my work from yesterday. Behold, a completely redone 10th Doctor, walking down!
Quite happy with the hair in this one. Not sure about the arms though, may need to change those. But hey, it's done! Woo!
Here's my latest JAM animation. It's another animation, like "Snow", that started out as an animation in another medium that didn't work out, but I liked the idea so much I brought it back.
This was from the intro of my PoP hack. In the original, Jaffar (or whatever the bad guy was called) walked in and reached out to the Princess, who recoiled in horror. In my hack, instead of recoiling, the 'Princess' now does this:

Quite proud of it, really.
Yeah, I've been sick for the past few days. I only turn on electronic equipment when it's absolutely needed, seeing as they have the potential of increasing any form of headaches I might have. I'll update later today with what I did make these past few days, but they are really short.
Edit: I was a bit behind because I made new animations for the days I was sick, so I made this quick little oddity to catch up. It was actually quite fun to figure out how to make all the letters of the alphabet with just one person.
Incidentally, what do you guys use to animate your... well, animations? I use a free program called Gif Animator, but it's obviously rather basic.
I usually use Windows Movie Maker and convert it to SWF with AVS Video Converter, but lately I've been using Easy GIF Animator. It has a 20 use limit, but it doesn't matter how many animations you make for each use. So, I've just been keeping it running every day.
It seems that when I’m at a loss for ideas for a new animation, I keep coming back to the animation series I started in “Snow”. It’s just so much fun to figure out ways to harm the poor guy.
I was looking up GIF animators since I'm running out of uses with Easy GIF Animator, and I found out Animation Shop 3.11 is freeware. I used to use that all the time and liked it a lot, but when my trial for Paint Shop Pro ran out I thought Animation Shop would have too. But apparently there were no limitations on Animation Shop. I definitely recommend that program, since it's the best GIF animator I have used so far.
I hope you appreciate this. It took me an hour to get all the individual frames just right so that they all linked together to make a smooth animation. AN HOUR. And even then GIF Animator screwed up the colours. But whatever, here it is.
META!
EDIT: Wait, I have Paint Shop Pro 7. That comes with Animation Shop, doesn't it? Woo!
I wanted to continue the "Am I crazy?" storyline in the Jenni comic. I didn't originally plan for this comic to be animated, or even to feature Humphrey the Bear, but when I thought of it, I thought it fit well.
Here's today's animation, which barely even counts as one at all, but I'm actually rather rushed for time today, and it's the best I could find. It was the header for my old website, which is now long dead. Hell, I hardly ever use my current site as anything other than a dumping ground for all the forum posts and Kotaku comments that I think are worth hanging on to.
My internet was down for about 10 hours or so, but now that it's working here's my 23rd animation. I wanted to see if I could get Windows Movie Maker to do videos at 600x400 without black borders, so I made a quick compilation video of three of my JAM videos with a very random tune.

Thinking about making this one my avatar. Should I go for it?
EDIT: Did it. Woo!
I remade the hamster wheel animation.
I also made an animation that I wanted to try to make for a while, but never sat down to do it.
The end boss from my PoP TC. Dying. Yeah.

Feel better, G.
Here's my latest animation. Just another short one.

Flash. Obviously.

I'll look into Easy GIF, thanks.
...wait, does my guy's shirt change colour? Wonder if it does that in game...

A simple animation
An animation with a guy running on the logo
And I combined them together.
FIIIIIIIIIIGHT!
Not sure why their faces are white in one frame, it's not in the individual frame. I blame GIF Editor.

Here's my 21st JAM animation: Trapeze.
And for an added bonus, here's That Guy With The Glasses(™) running really slowly. Really, really slowly.
Yeah, that's what took me an hour yesterday. Hmm.
I wanted to continue the "Am I crazy?" storyline in the Jenni comic. I didn't originally plan for this comic to be animated, or even to feature Humphrey the Bear, but when I thought of it, I thought it fit well.
But anyway. Busy busy.
Y'know... for you.
Here it is.
Y'know, for... no, wait. This definitely isn't for you. It's for that chick you hate. Yeah, her. This is what she's driven us to. Oh yeah.
Here it is
See?
