How long with game span ingame? As in, whilst playing Lee over the episodes of The Walking Dead: The Game how much times passes? Months, years?
Also isn't it possible that Lee and Clementine meet up with Rick at one point, unless you intend to go back the comics cannon 100%. Personally I think it would be fun meeting Rick, even for the slightest moment. I mean- something goes on between the panels of the comics. :P

Perhaps when Rick is by himself going to finish Shane off. He can talk about how everyone becomes a zombie on death no matter what. Which can split off depending on if Lee figured it out beforehand or not.
Did you guys have to pay the New York Yankees money for Glenn to wear a Yankees ball cap? I noticed in the show he doesnt actually have the logo on his cap but IS wearing a similar colored cap.. in the screen below he has it on.
I believe in our game, the logo is an altered symbol meant to look similar but not be the Yankees logo...though in that picture it's hard to see. Much like we did with the stores in the Back to the Future Twin Pines Mall lot...and like we would have done with Barbasol.
I'm not sure if a Rick cameo would make sense. Maybe in episode 5, before the game ends. But he can't really have an influence on what happens because the comics dictate very strictly what he does, when and where.

True. Looking back, if Rick only told us about the zombie thing, it would be a little out of character as he would invite the new gang over to the prison.

And Telltale have to understand that meet new people in TWD world is something strange. The characters from the original comic meeting with videogame characters would do that the comic character would speak about it with the others in the campsite (something like "Hey, while I was picking up food, ammo... I met a man with a little girl but... oh, man, all screwed up and I lost them")... and this doesn't appear in the comics. I hope they had created a consistent story if they are going to introduce crossovers from the comics.
Another question, this time in the correct thread:
It will be a DVD edition? It will be a Deluxe Edition?

Yeah. I would think people like Glenn would mention another group during the comics when travelling.
I'm sure Glenn would have mentioned it to Rick's group before Rick got there.
And then Shane refused to let them leave as the government would save them, and then by the time he dies and Rick takes over, its safe to assume they are dead/left long ago. Seems legit. Hershal and his farm though...
I bet the farm plays a very minor role, and Glenn and others in Rick's group wouldn't have been there before- I do not recall any of them knowing about the farm. I think it is safe to assume that Lee mainly meets up with Glenn, and I think I saw something about Dale being in there as well, but I probably imagined it because I loved Dale in the comics.
The other characters in the comics aren't likely to mention to Rick about Lee and his group because they are with him during the early stages of the outbreaks and the group would have been weak- why mention it? Not to mention the fact that you wouldn't want to bring those memories back up.
Edit: To elaborate further on the farm I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even get to see Hershal and them, you saw the walkers outside the farm right? Odds are the family was boarded up inside the house, you come across the farm as a cameo, that girl kills herself and then you have to run for it.

My guess is that
when Lee arrives at the farm, cameo-Glenn has already left the group; but somehow I expect Lee to be the one who closes the barn door behind Hershel's freshly-zombified son. Hershel - or at least a VERY similar looking character - has already been shown in a screenshot, so I will definitely assume he's in there. However, TTG would have to show his entire family, himself and seven kids, and I think that would be a little overkill for the perceived scope of the game series.

Hmm, I suppose if Lee was a memory attached to his son dying then he wouldn't neglect bringing Lee up. You saw how much Hershal's sons meant to him, look at what happened during the last day at the prison.
1. Depending on the choices you make within the first clip of lee in a shop listening the the radio with a few other survivors, if they survive will they join you and go to the farm that we got to see in the second clip? Can npcs follow you to different maps etc during thjis game or is it only the little girl.
2. We have been told if an npc dies they are dead from now on, say we save said npc will they be put in danger again later to make thing more interesting.
Will they be at danger whenever a zombie attacks or are their deaths pre-set... that wouldn't be bad if they are in danger a lot.
3. Can npcs get ripped apart like in the comics.
4. Can you have big teams of npcs like in the comic?
Yes, I assume they will join you if the continuity goes from the shop to the farm. It looked to me like Lee and Clementine were coming out of the house and making their way through the place and came across Hershal's boys.
I think the obvious question to this answer is: obviously. Look at the comics, each character gets in dangerous situations many times. This is a zombie apocalypse, after all.
Probably.
It matters on you choices, and what the NPC feels like doing. If you manage to save and keep a large group of NPCs, some might decide to move on by themselves (Like Glenn will obviously do.). Although I'd imagine keeping a lot of NPCs means more odds of people messing things up for you.
Can you guys tell us something about the PC/Mac controls? I really don't like much having to plug a controller on my laptop, but in JURASSIC PARK the controls were obviously polished for the Xbox Controller, and not so much for keyboard.

Let's see if I can help... although I'm not entirely sure what you are asking.
1.The way this game is structured, you are not responsible for keeping every NPC alive at any given time, but throughout the story, you will have the opportunity or choice to save another character. These moments do occur at specific times in the story's progress. The walking dead is all about surviving with the people you meet, so survivors will stick with you most of the time.
2. An NPC that was saved earlier will probably find themselves in danger again at some point in the story... but not at EVERY point in the story. To be clear, you are not assembling a team of NPCs and having to protect them at all times like one big escort mission.
3. When there is a point in the story where an NPC is in danger, yes, the can get ripped apart!
4. The story or the comic, the TV show and our game is about a group of people trying to survive together, so yes there are alot of people you'll travel with, but again, you are not assembling a party based on their skills or anything, you are experiencing and affecting the relationships of the people in the group as you all try to survive.
Certainly, I understand that, however I feel like an objective of mine will be to save as many people as possible. I mean, that is natural, right?
And will Lee be taking a leadership role similar to Rick's in his own group?
Lee will be put in situations where he will can choose to take action to protect members of his group, but as with the walking dead comics, sometimes those choices aren't as cut and dry as you'd like!
And Lee doesn't automatically assume the leader role in the group right away. The people he meets might take exception to a new fellow messing with their power structure...
Will you be able to have more than 1 save at a time?
How often does the story branch out into different paths dependant on your decisions, each episode?
I couldn't begin to imagine how tough it must have been to make sure that each decision made has a consequence, not just in the current episode but in future episodes.
How hard was it to keep track of all of these minor or major decisions? Did you have like a flowchart or something?

Man, that's a tough one. There are different levels of story branching based on the specific scenario you're in. Maybe Jake or Sean can elaborate, but I would say "lots".

We use a top-secret device to integrate our thoughts together into a designer hive-mind. Kind of like the Borg, except less evil. I still haven't gotten used to hearing Mark Darin's complaining about the quality of the office coffee all day though...
After the last episode has been released (episode 5) judging from how popular it'll be by that time, would you consider doing more episodes for the game in the Walking Dead universe or is it on to new games from there?

I think we'd love to keep doing Walking Dead games. It'll depend on sales and other businessy-type factors to determine "if" and "when" we'd get to do that, but yes, of course we'd love more.*
*Spoiler: I don't think there's a Telltale series I wouldn't want to do more of, or take another crack at.

Only the First Episode states that Rick will be in a Coma, they havent yet told us if he is going to be in a coma for the whole game.
Just make sure he doesn't touch anything...

Man...who wouldn't love a zombie cow? I can see the adorable plush toys already...
Yep, we want a zombie cow. If I finally win the "join the cast" I will send a photo from a cow and THE ZOMBIE COW WILL HAVE TO APPEAR!!!!!

I'm pretty sure they will be mouse and keyboard.
I'm very interested in finding this out
Can any dev pleasee answer this?.?.?.

Pre-ordering from the Telltale website will let you download both PC and Mac versions.
