Why no answer from support?

edited June 2011 in General Chat
Hello
why do I don´t get an answer to my question from the support? Only an automated mail that they received my issue.
I used the support@telltalegames.com adress.
I have an email with .de at the end, it´s from germany. But it is the same email that I have to login to Telltale.

Any clues or ideas?

    What was your question?

How long ago did you send it? They should get back to you in a timely fashion.
You could also try posting your question in the support forums.

    what means timely fashion?

The first issue is over a year old where I asked for a german version of TOMI

the second was 14 day ago where I asked for a special deal when you preorder Puzzleagent 2 and already own Puzzleagent 1

    Thank you

There's a German version of ToMI (retail), which you would naturally have to buy because TTG doesn't own the rights to the translation; and you may gift the first Puzzle Agent to another person if you happen to get it again by buying PA2.

Where exactly is your reason to email "support" with this?

BTW, if you never received e-mails from support, check your e-mail spam settings. As I know quite well from personal experience, especially your e-mail provider loves to classify TTG emails as spam or not even delivers them.

    Thank you for your answer.

There is finally a german version I know but at that time there wasn´t. And it´s only for PC. So I played the english version.

Who should I email with this?

I receive emails from the support and also checked the spam directory but I will try to list the support manually for no Spam

    Hi
I immediately added support@telltalegames.com to the whitelist of my mailprovider so it is definitely not going to the Spam folder.
    But still got no answer.

Yeah I reccomend posting in the support forums, there telltale responds, as well as forum goers that may know the answer.
