Please don't add to the list by quoting it and editing the quote. It makes it really hard to pick out which ones are new.

    Okay, fixed.

Oh, and 165: MO from Wall-E

31 - Wheelie from Transformers the Movie (not sure if he was in the TV series before that)
81 - Smash Martian from Smash (instant mash) adverts
106 - Cylon from Battlestar Galactica (original series)
    110 - Preston from Wallace & Gromit's A Close Shave
    164 - T-Bob from M.A.S.K.
169 - Skutter from Red Dwarf

Now 17 looks to me like Satan's Robot from Star Trek: Voyager apart from the pipes or whatever they are coming out of the top. Which leads me to think that it could actually be whatever the people at Voyager based Satan's Robot on (which is a cheap looking B-movie/sci-fi serial from the 30s & 40s).

I believe that 5 is an imperial guard from Star Wars. I remember something similar in LEGO Star Wars: The Original Trilogy. Anything other than that was probably recognised already.

The Royal Guard were not robots. Besides, while they look like this in LEGO form:

They look like THIS in canonical sources:

With the Help of the extensively knowledgeable Homestar Runner Wiki I figured out that number 92 is Necron 99 from Ralph Bakshi's "Wizards."

Number 97 is XR from Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. The one currently listed as 97 should be 96.

Er...number 5 is Maximilian from the Black Hole. Oh and number 152 is the little robot from Spaced Invaders. I love that he's in there because he's such an obscure character. That's why I love this game. =P

You didn't get it until you showed [Comrade Mortis] and I the trailer. You were like "Wow I'm dumb, that's that one robut." and everything. We were there. We can vouch. Our words versus yours, buddy. Don't fuck with me on this.

138 quite literally is a vacuum. We use that specific brand at job corps.
