Will take Defense Grid and related... :D

Oh right, I forgot I still have a gift copy of Puzzle Agent 1 (non-Steam version) from ages ago. I don't imagine there are many people around here who don't already have the game, but if anyone's interested or knows anyone who might want it... ;)

EDIT: And I've also got a Steam gift of Bit.Trip BEAT I can give away as well. Let me know if you want it and tell me (or PM me) your Steam profile or email so I can send it. Awesome game, but I've already got a copy. Bit.Trip BEAT is currently reserved

I have an extra copy of Torchlight 1 from my Torchlight II PreOrder. Anybody want it?

I currently have 3 SteamFriends that want it. Waiting for the TTG-users first though.

I got a GOG gift code for The Witcher.

(I pre-ordered Botanicula, but I already had The Witcher. So I asked for a gift code to give out to someone (I didn't want that code to go to waste. Someone could get some real joy out of it))

First person that replies that wants it. Gets it.
(I think its easier this way. I can clearly see who got in first, then I can just PM them the code)

    EDIT:

    Looks like no-one is interested.

Oh well. Guess I'll give it to someone on GOG then.

(To be fair I did offer for over 24 hours. I'd argue thats reasonable)

EDIT 2: Tee Hee! Gone in like 20 seconds.
Well the guy who redeemed it was very excited and thankful, so I think I made his day.
And thats what matters in the end isn't it! :D

    LDXRA-DQ7NM-WRHNK The Baconing (Deathspank)

    M0KZ0-TI4H6-FB74B Blackwell Trilogy

    Enjoy :)

I claimed the Blackwell Trilogy and The Baconing.

Thank you very much sir! :D

(Infact, those were the exact two indie games I've been looking for, though they have been in bundles with games I already had, so its like. Meh. I won't get that bundle since I already own most of them)
(The Blackwell Trilogy I've been wanting in particular so I can play them on my PSP with Gemini Rue! :D)

No problem, The Blackwell trilogy is awesome, that's the third copy I ended up getting.. That copy was directly from the devs :)

Well, they're good (as a bundle) but not absolutely fantastic.

    The Blackwell Legacy - 5/10

It doesn't suck exactly, but dang is it short. Steam says I played it for 3.7 hours, and I've already beat it. It's not incredibly easy (though I wouldn't say it's difficult either); there's just not a whole lot of plot until the end of the game. I would have been annoyed had I bought the game at full price without it also being bundled with the next two.

Also, the voice-acting for Rosa makes her sound apathetic about everything, until she meets Joey after which it improves a bit.

Blackwell Unbound; The Blackwell Convergence; The Blackwell Deception.

The Blackwell games do feel more like episodes in a game series than individual adventure games. That being said, each successive game in the series is longer than the previous one. While The Blackwell Legacy is extremely short, The Blackwell Deception is more than adequate in length for an standalone game. Also, Deception ends on a bit of a cliffhanger, so I hope they make more and eventually wrap up the story.

I'm not saying the games are not recommended. I'm saying if you're going to buy them, buy them all.
  • edited April 2012
I love them, I bought them straight from the dev well before they were available on steam.

    Gonna try something different here.

Here's the Steam key to Brainpipe: A Plunge to Inhumanity.

If you claim it, then POST HERE to let me and others know it's gone. k? k.

    The Brainpipe has gone.

Thanks. Half suspected whoever used it wouldn't post. Would NOT have been happy if that were the case!

The fuck did I just play? Guys just be glad I took it. This is awful.

"Relive the '60s and '70s without getting hassled by The Man." That's one of the main features on the store page. My god. Who would play something like that? Cthonic & I had some morbid ideas for a "The Graveyard"-sequel today (now with competetive multiplayer). Those Ideas were more tastful than this.

Edit: Why is THIS 9€ normally? Holy. I don't even. Nooooooooooooooooooooo.

Yeesh, glad I passed on it! What's the actual quote-unquote 'gameplay' like?

You move a huge mousepointer thingie to collect "stuff that increases points" and dodge "other stuff that doesn't look friendly". You have to figure out yourself which is which. Ad you just fly across a long tube. And either the textures are horrible or I am high on drugs. But I never take drugs so it just has to be the horrible graphics.

    It's "Batik Shirt": The Game
  • edited May 2012
The past few posts made me laugh, and strangely made me want to try the game for myself... :p
  • edited May 2012
Well buy the new indiegala bundle and try it. You can always lie to yourself and pretend that you bought it for the other games and not this one.
  • edited May 2012
Realized I had a Desura key as well, so used it and played.

    What. The. Fuck. Was. That.

It wasn't a game. That was a tech demo from 1998. Fly down a LCD-user's nightmares and avoid crap while picking up weird shapes in globes that turn out to be feelings? Who... Who makes this shit? Christ!
  • edited May 2012
Well exactely what I said. Horrible.
  • edited May 2012
Yes, I too regret that I actually did try it out for myself... It looks horrible, plays horrible and is utterly pointless...

I think this describes it perfectly!

That's on iOS now? Huh. I was never a big fan of it personally.

Also, where are you guys getting so many codes from? I never get free stuff!

Cool. Let me know what it's like, the description for it's wonderfully vague.

Well you choose 2 to 8 players and then you get instructions:
    ° 3 steps back & do something
° then you get a task involving your button. Either press it or not press it etc.
° then you rush to the keybord and try to win or get your partner to lose.
    ° start over

I never did one, but my brother keeps insisting on making one. He says that I'm "hillaroius" when I start talking to myself, especially if I don't like a game. I have no idea if that is true or not... but I'm willing to risk making a fool out of myself. :p What's the worse that can happen? A boring vid that nobody will watch.

I'll link you guys when I make one.

Aaaand, here you go. My first "Let's Play" ever!
I never did one of these things. What do you think? Be honest.
