[JP] Game stopped working?? Help!

I've been playing this game a lot since it has been released. I've had 0 problem with the performance aside from some occasional lagging.
I got all the way to episode 4, and then everytime the game tried to load the 'Begones' scenario, the game crashed and went back to windows. I tried it over a few times hoping it would fix it, but it was always the same problem.
Now when I try to turn on the game it only goes to the main menu, and anytime I try to load a scenario the game stops responding.

All of my graphics options are on low.. my computer is decent, not the fastest in the world, but I've been playing this game for 4 nights with no problem... I don't understand.

I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, but still, it won't get past the main menu. I also tried every setting on compatibility mode and I'm having no luck...

Please help me... Jurassic Park has been a big part of my childhood and I love this game very much, I just want to finish it :(

    Did you try restarting the fourth episode? One of my saves seemed to be corrupt as well, but I could still start the last episode from the beginning...

    I've had the same basic trouble but I was in in the tunnels before hitting the power plant. Once I open the doors the whole game errors out. I haven't been able to think of anything to get around it.

    Yeah, no luck though... It won't let me start any of the episodes or play the game at all now... It even won't let me access the journal without crashing!

    Can you provide me with a DXDiag file, please?

    To send a DXDiag, click the Start menu, click Run, and then type in DXDiag and press enter. After it loads, click Save All Information and save the file where you'll be able to easily find it. Open the file and then press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C to copy the contents of the file, and then include that in a reply

    Your video device and system RAM don't meet the minimum requirements for the game. Your video drivers haven't been updated in over two years either. Updating to the latest versions available from Intel might help, but I couldn't promise anything. Definitely give that a try.
