Good Gaming Headsets.

edited December 2011 in General Chat
Alright.I need a recommendation.since my computer went the way of the dodo.I haven't been able to play any PC games.so my headset is just about useless and I don't feel like paying the extra money for a converter..to switch it over to my PS3 and what not. Does anyone know of any decent headsets that are compatible with PS3 and PC with a converter and resonably priced. So I won't be dipping into the "Iced's New Computer Fund."

Are you thinking Bluetooth? Over-ear headphone style or something smaller? Any features you want in particular(mute, hardware volume control, etc)?

I'm not familiar with what can be used on the PS3, care to help me out? The cheap but surprisingly very good headset that I use uses standard stereo and microphone jacks.

I have a Corsair HS1A, which you can get (relatively) cheap as it's being phased out. Audio and mic quality are both excellent, maybe a bit light on the bass if you're into BOOOOMing sound.

Great build quality, they'll take a fair amount of abuse and very very comfy.
