    Technically, since there was no entry for number 4, that spot on the list has no name. Clearly, Noname is his own number 4 villain.

    Damn. I guess I'll just have to work harder to become more villainous.

    I need a cape. A big, black, swishy cape... and a goatee. That will be slightly harder than the cape, but I'll have to manage.

    While I'm figuring that out, I guess I can practice my whole "Curses! Foiled again!" speech, while stomping upon an innocent top hat. You know, the way all villains do.
