This is a thread about Spider-Man one of the greatest heroes. With a couple of comic series most good some bad (See Linkara's One More Day review ;)) A couple of movies all of them good in my opinion. A lot of Cartoon series (My favorite being Spectacular Spider-Man. A lot of video games a couple good (Ultimate Spider-Man,Spider Man 2,Spider-Man 3,Spider-man Shattered Dimensions) a lot bad. So go ahead and talk about anything Spider-Man related. Talk about the comics,Games,Cartoons,Movies, Just anything Spider-Man.

    I finished the PS3 version of The Amazing Spider-Man, It was pretty good and it could be the best open world Spider-Man game after Spider-Man 2 in my opinion :).

    I've only read one Spider-Man comic... but I have read comics with Spider-Man in them.

    Last one I read, from the main run, was when Parker died in the 90's. I have no idea how they brought him back...if they even did. I mean, he was a decomposing corpse at the end. I read some Ultimates in the beginning, but eh, THAT Parker was too much of a bitch for me. I'm sure it probably got better since it ran for so long, but in the first year or so, he would be a hero and then a pussy within the same issue. It was stupid. It was like....the movie.

    I'm not sure, but I think he ended up being one of the few heroes to survive the culling in Ultimatum. Which I don't understand at all, given that some much more resilient heroes met their ends in that storyline.

    Well, in the last one I read, after his funeral, someone dug up his corpse to take his costume...one of those things that only makes sense in the comics. I was just a bit curious what happened. Oh well, it was probably some lame excuse.

    So does anyone like Ultimate Spider-Man? Ultimate Spider-Man is my favorite Spider-Man game and it is a good comic even though i have only read a book containing 7 issues of it (Ultimate Spider-Man The Death of Spider-Man Prelude) and it was pretty good. I'm now reading through Ultimate Spider-Man Chameleons :)

    I only caught the first season series of Spectacular and I actually really liked it. I never saw Ultimate though - just never got round to it, and I'm really not sure about the whole 'team up with other heroes' thing.

    I'm pretty sure organic webbing spider-man worked largely the same as cartridge Spider-Man. I've been meaning to read more of the new Scarlet Spider series, and the Kaine clone that stars in that series has the Other power set, but I can't remember it coming up in anything I've ever read which means that my guess is organic webbing functions the same.
