How do other telltale games compare to Walking Dead?

edited August 2012 in General Chat
A lot of people are complaining that the games aren't interactive enough.

As a lazy gamer, I think the style owns.

;)

I'm all about story!

So, I've been looking at Jurassic Park and Back to the Future

Are these two games similar to walking dead
?

How about their other games?

I appreciate your word

Jurassic Park is good if you love watching a movie riddled with QTE's but it's got an OK story. BTTF is good enough, The puzzles are easy for first timers of Adventure Games the story is fun and it may get a little sidetracked at points but i liked the story. But if you looking for great and i mean GREAT Telltale games, I would say get Sam & Max Seasons 1-3,Strong Bad and Tales Of Monkey Island.

Sam & Max season 1 have 6 great episodes which have their own funny story and the episodes are connected in small ways.

Sam & Max season 2's episodes are more connected and Sam & Max season 3 is where they have a very funny and great story which is always continued after the first 4 episodes end with cliffhangers.

Strong Bad's episodes are not really that connected and only thing that really connects them is Strong Bad hinting at Dangeresque 3 and at the end of Episode 4 there's a cliffhanger.

Tales of Monkey Island's story is Excellent and funny and epic and is all connected by cliffhangers and the puzzles in the earlier Telltale Games are great.

Sam and Max S2 is easily thier best series and I highly recomend that if not anything else.

Jurassic Park I would REALLY consider looking at youtube videos before buying, just to be safe. BTTF has a really good story, like Walking Dead, but users have actually proven it to be easier than those "match the shape" puzzles for toddlers.

I'd reccomend Sam and Max seasons 2 and 3, and Tales of Monkey Island TBH, all 3 of these games are brilliantly done in so many ways.

    How did they prove that?

    On steam they have this:

    Sam & Max: Season One

    Sam & Max: Season Two

Sam & Max: The Devil's Playground

^ Is that the COMPLETE collection?

Also, is the gameplay of walking dead & Jurassic park similar?

I wish I got the telltale collection during the steam sale grrr

Yeah that's the whole Sam & Max collection. Jurassic Park is like the QTE's of TWD but TWD is way better because it has a better story different gameplay and way better gameplay than Jurassic Park.

If you don't mind buying direct from Telltale instead of from Steam, check out the Almost Everything Pack. Yeah, you already have The Walking Dead, but if you're interested in enough of the other games, it may be cheaper than buying them separately.
