So, where'd Lee's jacket go?

It's the first thing I noticed when EP 3 started.
Yes... I'm more concerned about his jacket, he looked really cool with it.

    Based on the way he carries everything else (omnitools, 2x4's, etc.) he probably slipped into his back pocket.

    Lee met Steve from Minecraft and got steves giant pockets as a reward for helping him kill some walkers :P

    On a serious note, don't know, probably not all that cold anymore to wear it.

    I think probably the more of logical answer would be, well, notice how lots of characters change clothes each episode, Telltale wants to probably put some realism into this and let them change clothing every so often, like we change clothing every so often in real life. This is not Mario, you won't be wearing the same old clothing for over 40 years. ^^ So of course, Lee's jacket disappeared.

    That actually depends. Clem will wear her old dress if you decided not to steal from the car.

    However she will change her hairstyle in the middle of episode 3, while it's not clothing, it's still a change in the character's look. Well, that's what i at least got, not sure if there is an option to let her old hair stay.

    His jacket fell into his invisible, bottomless pockets that he always uses. Same with his axe.
