Multiple years of experience in the dental field, so I could perform basic dental procedures if we had the right equipment. knowledge of how to shoot guns, and practice.
Items: 1 dog and my wife. Emergency kit including first aid kit, water and food. Small supply of dental instruments that I have from school still. No guns on me, but I have quick access to magnum, a shotgun and a rifle.

Character-Obedient little lackey
If you have Dexter in that DVD collection you're in
I say we all just stick together in a group. We're pretty even on the skill stuff, all together we may actually be able to make "colony" (no hotels please).
Oh and question, could i not snipe with my bow and arrow? They go pretty far if you aim and release well enough.
I think its possible to have a group of 20 or more. These things i think shall be an issue for everyones mental.
1) Finding a building or houseing community to takeover
2) Is it safe can we gate it off
3) Do we have sharp shooters who can be on the roof
4)weapons bullets
5)dental medical
6)builders
7)tech guys able to get power working
8)Ofcourse look out for the bad seeds no peedos or serial killers we have to weed them out
9) New people they have to be watched and not allowed to do much until we all agree they good to be part of the community.
10)Food can we grow it or hunt for it
11)Fresh water

i never like letting new people into the group. its always a risk and you never know
So far it looks like we have some people with basic first aid knowledge, which is good. What we really need though is someone with an extensive medical knowledge. Maybe someone with med school background. Even an RN or someone who has worked in an emergency room would be good. We won't be dealing with ideal conditions (sterile operating rooms etc) so we just need someone with basic medical experience who can work in less then ideal conditions.
Yeah im kinda guy that likes his circle as well. If i had 20 people im cool with that 20. But we have to be open minded to new people if we want the community to grow. But like i said it would be a community decision if people should be part of the community.

yea thats very important. i think the important decisions should always come down to a vote. That way its for the whole group not just one person. and we can't have 2 people fighting to be the leader *Cough* Kenny and Lilly lol

i could not stand every meeting in a zombie apoc
I hate you....no I HATE YOU...Who the leader? Im the Leader tell her guys TELL HER LOL
lol yea, although don't forget there is always the possibility of having traitors in the group. Like people stealing supplies lol
Well lets say we had a group of 20
5= people our weapons people the best with guns
5 =our the medical dental knowlege types
5= our the tech people ...computers, robotics, electrical..etc
5 =Thinkers ,Famers ,Builders
Thats our 20 in the group
id atleast leave the supplies to be handle by two people who our in the medical field if stuff is taken it had to go through them. If we lucky we might have a lock box with a key so that would def help in finding who allowed someone to our supplies depot.

I would break that number down a little differently. You would obviously need the most people in the Farmers/builders group and the weapons group, and less in the tech group and the medical group. As an example, a group of twenty would probably need no more than 2 people who are concerned solely with "medical matters" - perhaps set up in a way that one with a lower amount of medical knowledge assists the other, while apprenticing at the same time. It would be the same way with tech - maybe one or two people to take care of any technical problems that arise, and in their down time they could take the opportunity to salvage and "invent".
So at the "2" limit for the more "specialized" positions, that leaves you with 16 out of the original twenty to fill the other two categories. I would place them at about a 60% to 40% ratio of full time farmers (although not really full time I will explain later!) to full time protectors. 6 people would therefore be tasked with "protection" and "defense" - they would be primarily responsible for setting up security, scouting for enemies, and of course, defending against threats. The last 10 would take the "left over" jobs according to need - hunting, gathering, farming, education/childcare, sanitation. general upkeep of the settlement etc. Their obligation doesn't end there however - part of their time would be to train in weaponry and defense with the protectors in order to prepare for any large scale "threat" that we may encounter.
I really think we just need two snipers somebody on the roof of a building or house who we know can handle enemies from a far. Taking them out long distance be it zombie or human enemies.
But i love your breakdown that would def work and we can get the food grown faster with the extra hands.

two titty-magazines.... WOW!!! that's like worth... holy shit at least 20 roles of toilet paper! and not just the ordinary toilet paper, the good stuff!!!!
Skill
-Used to be a roof builder/carpenter, so I know how to enforce constructs that has a lot of pressure. (like a horde of Zombies trying to scale or topple walls defence)
-was part of the local team on our local gun-range as a kid, 25 meter ranged rifle with scope. indoor and outdoor shooting. have a few medals lying around so I was not too bad at it. not super great.
-been going to the local gym and is part of the boxing team for 3 years now, so I can defend myself if we go up close and personal.
Items
-got some canned goods not really anything noteworthy.
-tools laying around, hammer, saw, crowbar stuff like that.
Personality
-pessimistic or realistic as I call it.
-Emotional when good friends or family dies, which would happen in a Zombie apocalypse
-Unfortunately, me and Lily would see eye to eye on a lot of things. we are quite similar. Would not pull a gun though.
as sister pointed out having 4 groups of 5 people (without a group of scavengers/gatherers) and only 5 farmers would most likely result in starvation and death to most of the group...
and as sister also pointed out a gathering/scavenging group is a must have in the post zombie apocalyptic world...
Well I guess its time for me to make a full one O:
Skills: Great with my shotgun, Studying to be a nurse so some medical background
Concierge skills so you need it I'll find a way to get it, with a smile. Random bits of knowledge about everything, Wikipedia reading when i'm at work!

Tools: Gun cleaning kit, Gun tools, shotgun, m9 bayonet, hatchet, bug out bag, extra pair of glasses, a certain cook book.
Character: I like to be prepared while I am suspicious of things I don't go paranoid.
generally a pretty optimistic and nice guy.
Burdens: Without my glasses I lose a lot of my eyesight.... It is pretty bad everything is blurry but I'll still be able to notice things around me I'll still be able to function.
