No cheating by looking at the link properties!
Sorry this took me a while, I was a little stumped. This shouldn't be too hard, it's not that obscure a game but i'm not well so looking for really obscure games is a bit beyond me today.
For Zork Nemesis: Have you done a full install so you don't have to change CDs? That may possibly help. Also, have you run it in any compatibility modes? Here's a full XP setup that you can try as well.

Here's one (an unconventional adventure game but cool in its own way):
I'll take that turn, then. This one is really obscure, though it may be notably less so for Norwegians. (English versions supposedly exist, though.)
Yes, that is a puzzle where you have to assemble a car from the ground up. Luckily hints are available and it's divided in 5 stages. Getting through it without using any hints will take a while.
It's actually more of a kid's advent (where advancing the plot is trivial, but there are lots of things to click on and lots of mini-games and activities) much like muppet treasure island (and also based on a movie). Anyway, here's an easier picture
(If you have trouble spelling the å, don't bother and just post a new pic.)
Hehe. Been away for a while, but that's easy for us norwegians that grew up with "flåklypa." Never played the game though! For those of you who didn't understand this: The game is named "Flåklypa Grand Prix"
Kal> Yeah,I run win2k. My father built my pc and he always runs win2k so i'm lumped with it. Not that I mind, I prefer it to XP, it doesn't freak out when I put a cd in the drive, lol.
I've run 2k as long as I can remember, it's stable enough and my pc doesn't crash, I can run MOST games, modern ones are no issue, it's the older 95 based games that wont play.
As for grim, well I get it running and the graphics glitch, glottis for instance goes all blurry and wierd. Then it'll just lock up completely, at the point I try to talk to the clown, try to change the message on the boss' pc etc etc. I have no idea why. Any suggestions?
from an computer science geek to you.. 2k is the worst os on the side of ME.. and there is NO support for 2000.. there is still quite a bit of support for 95 and 98 but not 2k :P
I know what it is (I'm pretty sure at least) - I can tell by the inventory items, even though I haven't played it. I didn't know there was more than one version.

Look at the attachment for new pic.
Great game, maby too easy though.
Now have a similarly easy to guess game.
, another game that wont run on a dual core processor using win2k -_-

Anyone posting a game?
Your turn.
Heh, if Jack Thompson knew about this game, he'd spontaneously combust.
Used to freak the hell out of me as a kid, plus I was always getting lost in that maze.
If I'm right.... that'll be a surprise.
@Zach: 2k means Windows 2000.
There are a few variants of this game around... please be specific as to which version this screen shot was taken from
Yes, correct

I took the shot from a few moves into Edition Two.
That's a nice pic you got there. :P
