Am I the only person who picked Charles / Chuck? In the little time he was with you, he proved both intelligent, helpful, protective, selfless and generous. He died saving Clem, and distracting the walkers enough for you to escape. He gave you invaluable advice on the train, about making a plan and all, saved Clem's life after Ben fucked up, was a badass with a spade, was clearly more intelligent and cultured than he let on, would have undoubtedly helped look after Clem after Lee's death, and, best of all, he plays a nice relaxing guitar tune for a portion of Ep 3.
Second choice would be Carley, as she would be best to look after Clem after Lee bit the bullet.

Well according to the poll you're actually one of six who chose Chuck, and if you click on the numbers it'll give you a list of fellow Chuck lovers.
In all seriousness I think Chuck was just a victim of too little screen time. He appears in the tail end of episode three after most people are probably feeling pretty emotional and dies off-screen right after the start of episode four. I think if he had hung on until the end of episode four he'd have more people voting for his survival.
Your right in his short time he bestows a lot of valuable wisdom on Lee and basically asks for nothing in return. Being homeless probably means he has valuable knowledge on surviving on very little as well.
I honestly hoped Chuck was going to be the new voice of reason and advisor to Lee after Carley in episode 3. He seemed to have a lot of life experience and was definitely a selfless person. He also seemed more level headed and diplomatic than Christa. I regretted Chuck's passing, though I definitely didn't feel too sad about it because of his limited screen time.
As a side note, I did consider Christa as my lieutenant in my canon playthrough.
I'm really regretting voting for Larry. I did it because of the glorious chain reaction that saves everybody that i hope would happen, but in a situation where that does not occur, i am ashamed.
Out of all the friendly, effective group members, I'd save the old, angry, potentially racist dude who has a heart problem and tried to kill me? Where are my priorities....

Not to rub things in, but the guy who made this poll later said he meant literally one would be spared and everyone else would still die and not what event would trigger a chain reaction that kept everyone alive.

Hahaha I had just saw you voted for him and was wondering why you did xD. I'm sorry dude. I'm also regretting voting for Kenny, because he isn't "dead". He has a chance, and Carley was awesome, so I wish I had voted for her, cause at least Kenny had a chance(he's still awesome to me though).

Not saying Larry or Duck because their deaths meant a lot of others. Just plain and simple: I'd choose Carley
GAhhhhh I miss that bloke
