These things are very simple. Stop making random theories, stop going off on huge tirades. These facts here are absolute. Get over it:

    1. Carley and Doug are dead
    2. Lee is dead
    3. Kenny is dead
    4. They are not coming back

I do not see what is so hard to grasp about these facts. Just get over it already.

    1 and 2 yes, 3 who knows

There was still a chance that Clem was alive and that he could have taken care of her. The girl who was like a daughter to his best friend.

    I'm just saying :p

I think he pretty much gave up on her. "Clementine is, who the fuck knows where, Lee's bitten, god knows how long he has left, and our only hope just vanished!" Or maybe he just thought that others deserved to live instead of him. He pretty much blames himself for Shawn, his family, and Ben/Christa depending on the belltower choice in episode 4. He probably didn't want another death on his shoulders after everything that had happened too, and was willing to (at least try) to save someone instead of doing nothing like he did at Hershel's Farm.

I just don't understand the Ben thing. Wouldn't he want to help Lee find Clem first? Lee and him were basically post-apocalyptic best friends.

One thing Kenny says to Lee is "find that little girl." I don't think he gave up on her.

    1. carley totally survived because the bullet hit her eye and then she got away and is surviving and trying to find lee so she can make teh babies
lolz no one carez about doug he can die for all i care lololol!11!!1

    2. lee is not dead he didn't get bit it was just a scratch and then clementine flinched and didn't shoot him and blood loss

    3. kenny is not dead he got away from the alley after he saved ben and then they found vernon and beat him up and took the boat and became pirates!!111

    4. they are all coming back for season 2 and telltale told me because my friend works there and he said that they are all coming back and ben is going to kiss clementine and then they are all going to live happily ever afterzzz

You made this all up.. maybe for a joke. But... really? Ben and Clementine? Do you not notice the total age difference? And also... ben dies. So... Clementine would not even kiss Ben, especially if he was a zombie.

It, surprisingly, is entirely made of theories on the forum. I obviously, don't agree with any of them.

Yes, all of them are dead, even Kenny. If you do give your bullets to Kenny, he fights off some walker, shoots Ben, then shoots himself.
And if we're follwing the diamond pattern choices in the game, he's staying dead in all versions.

We didn't exactly see him die, but yes, evidence is strong that he's bit the bullet. And I am also rather sure about this, because IF he came back in Season 2, it would feel prrrrretty cheap, don't you think? For characters to return like that, it might be the wrong franchise.

If Kenny would pull a Gandalf, Lee could too. :o

I refer you to Volume 3 Issue 16 of the Walking Dead comic, which this game is based on. I actually don't know if you read the comics or not, but if you do, surely you must know which scene i am referring to. Wrong franchise? I disagree, good sir! ;)

Tyresse is a ex sports man, besides he had a hammer. Kenny was already not young, he was drunk, and he has got just a few (or only one) bullets.

Tyreese had not as much space and no gun. I think Kenny could have managed that, I really think, he would accomplish that.

Kenny isnt dead. The walkers dont make any eating noises like they do normally until after they arrive at Bens body. Kenny doesnt make any screams or yells or cries for help either. Someone getting ripped apart would.

Molly is def. still alive. Every out come on that video show she gets away. So unless she died of blood loss she is alive.

The others tho, are def. dead.

    She could die off-screen.

He had a few sips from one bottle and the rest was guzzled by Christa, i don't think he was drunk enough to the point where he couldn't coordinate effectively. He can also use the gun as a melee weapon after it's out of bullets. In fact, he does do this, and he seems to instantly kill a walker with a mere two strikes from the pistol(you can see the corpse no longer moving after he knocks it down).

Since Telltale went out of their way to remove the audio screams and animate his character running away after shooting Ben, they either want players to have hope he may be alive or want to leave the possibility of using him in season 2 open.

Tyreese had not as much space

But Kenny has even less space than Tyreese, a narrow alley between buildings (or dark corridor in the building.) Anyway, we will see his fate (maybe) when it's out of the second season (episode 6). Do not think that I hate Kenny, on the contrary, he is one of my favourites in this game, but I would put it on the fact that Kenny's dead. The discussion about the fate of Kenny could go on forever, so I tired, I'll go to make a cap of tea, and continue to thinking about future of this game.

Could. That is my point. We dont know. Kenny easily could be dead and Molly easily could be dead. But They could both Easily be still alive too. In a universe that glorifies the death of loved ones so we feel the pain and sadness, in my opinion they would not leave out a death unless they were leaving it open for possibly bringing back a character thought to be dead. But who knows. it could easily go either way.

Molly is the only person who lives or dies based on your actions/decisions.

Right, because you shoot her in the shoulder sack, when you hit her in the school. Gruesome.
  • edited January 2013
I believe Molly gets away even if you shoot her, unless the bullet went through her heart or some other important organ.

Lot of blood vessels in the shoulder, nerves as well, even if she's lucky she'd need medical treatment and im not sure where she'd get it from.

Thats highly unlikeley, due to Lee actually totally hits her shoulder sack, but I keep it with that. When a writers says that, he is of course right and I respect that. But in reallife she would be pretty dead, when the thing gets damaged.

What if she got into the medical room its possible.

didn't Vernon and Christa clear that place out? Plus, does Molly even know how to treat a wound like that, with walkers breaking down the door no less?

Vernon said "We'll take as much of this as we can carry..." so i doubt they were able to take the entire locker full of meds with them, and after their exit they couldn't have gone back for the rest.

Carley and Doug are definitely dead, but Kenny wasn't confirmed dead.
Although it is very unlikely that he survived the Ben scene, the Christa scene probably has more chance of him surviving. Just like Tyreese in the comics when he was able to kill a room full of walkers by himself ^-^
