How does the game copyright work?
I'm currently making a music video tribute of the walking dead game and I think it is okay since youtube is full of other tribute videos and playthroughs and telltales even shared some of them in their facebook page.
So I'm just wondering if it is possible at all that a video like this can enter a contest. I have the contest description rules too from the band of the song I use and I just wanted to know if this kind of thing is even possible. The rules say the video can't have copyrighted material so does that mean I can't use gameplay footage?
Any ideas people?

Although it says no copyrighted work the second part says it would be credited.
the second part only says you will be credited for YOUR work. it has nothing to do with #1
