But....this is because i cant simply choose TarKus as her savior...it'd be too easy that way.
a true ZA is supposed to teach us something, right??
what would lil clem learn from the mighty Tarkus??

    Great flips...thats what

i'd trust my daughter to Molly or Michonne. they are the best equipped/prepared for survival and could best teach these lessons to our Clem.

I doubt Molly would be capable of protecting Clementine initially. She's a lone wolf, and states that she always does better on her own. Pretty much the main thing she ever needs to do to survive is scale buildings, and Clem can't do that. Even if Molly could teach her how, her body simply isn't capable of some of the moves Molly probably does on a daily basis. She's good at melee with her ice tool, but not perfect as she is very quickly overwhelmed in a matter of seconds. She focuses on avoiding them rather than fighting them, after all. As for guns, she could be a horrible shot for all we know, though Clem could possibly help her with that.

Molly would be forced to abandon the one thing she uses to survive(her parkour stuff) so Clem could keep up, and they would probably both be at a high risk of death because of that.

Molly could put Clem in a backpack like Yoda and Luke in episode V

Tarkus would probably clip her in a backswing. By clip I mean disembowel, of course.

A godly hero such as Tarkus with such a large, impressive weapon is, unfortunately, not the ideal guardian for a little girl. Plus, Tarkus is too busy flipping golems to bother with zombies, who could not begin to penetrate his indestructible shell.

I personally don't like her. Despite her grim background, she overall brings too much light-heartedness to the table.

I personally don't like the Bioware-esque cocky-but-capable, one-liner girls. Even Carley was going a little too far in that direction for me. Omid had the right balance of comic-relief for me.

Lilly was probably the most interesting of the female characters. It didn't even matter that her story had been developed on before and after-events prior to the games writing. I went from disliking her, to liking her, to hating her. The power-struggle between her and Kenny, the loss of a family member, the following grudge, her placed trust in Lee, the justified but misdirected paranoia etc.

Carleys presence was initially there to give the illusion of choice. Her later death was a sleeper big-twist for some players despite her lack of involvement. Molly, really quite boring. But episode 4 could've been written without her very easily. I'm sure we haven't seen the last of her.

    Especially considering
the voice actresses involvement with a TT higher up
    .

Wait, what? What game did you play? In my game Omid was jovial, and flippant. Not dumb nor worthless.

Well he is small. Anyone telling stupid jokes when everyone is about to die. Could be using that time to fix problems. That is well dumb. Worthless as in he brings nothing to the table for survival. Most of the time he is a burden and liability. I believe letting Omid and Christa on the train was the downfall of the group. Things would not of played out the same if we were not draggin him around and waiting on him to be mobile enough to move. The group would not have had to slow down and probably got out before the herd got there. Stranger would of had less of a chance to get Clem.

It would be cool if Molly showed up for one episode. She sees Clemintine and smiles for the first time in months. Asks about Lee. Then questions Clemintine on whether or not shes been taken care of well. Then she leaves us with a "if anything happens to that little girl ill kill you. (This only works if we are indeed in charge of Clemintine again in S2.)

What do you think the chances are that Molly would be at Tavia's camp?

Molly was one of my least favorite characters the 1st season.

If she does make a return I hope they scale down (no pun intended) her 'Resident Evil-esque' wall climbing abilities. Beyond that I'm fine with her stay or going for Season 2.

Nope. Never was a fan of characters with that kind of attitude and personality, and her whole character seemed like an anime archetype in comparison to the others. She overall seemed out of place, and of course she had to be given a sympathetic side at the last second. If she does make an appearance, hopefully she's changed a bit, otherwise I could go on without her.

Contrary to everyone else's opinions, I think a ninja-esque lone warrior could fit into the game, but they'd need a different personality. My thoughts.

I didn't like Molly until she relinquished her place on the boat and then I felt like an complete shithead for thinking badly of her the whole time and wanting her to get the fuck back to Mirror's Edge, or wherever it was she came from.

She's good value, I suppose, but I'd only want a cameo.

I don't understand why so many people always complain about Molly's acrobatics being unrealistic. There are people who can do that kind of thing in real life. Ever heard of parkour? Her being able to move like that is probably why she survived for so long on her own. It's a pretty valuable skill to have in a zombie apocalypse.

If you want to talk about realism, the thing that took me out of it was Lee cutting off his own arm and then, rather than dying or being incapacitated by the pain and blood loss of such thing, goes on to run through the city, single-handedly (no pun intended) chop through an entire street full of walkers, and wrestle a man to the ground. So no, Molly's acrobatics aren't even the most unrealistic thing in this game.

Personally, I loved Molly. At that point, it was pretty darn clear that Kenny and Ben couldn't be trusted, so it was frankly a bit refreshing to bring in a lighter character. At the same time, you can tell that there's a lot more to her than the nonchalant attitude she hides behind. She could have made a great character if we'd had a little more time to get to know her.

I'm hoping that Molly is the protagonist for Season 2, or at least has a major role. I don't know how realistic that is, but I can always hope.

I hope so. Molly is awesome!

Well, seeing as Bonnie always goes to the community and she's voiced by Erin Yvette, the same person who voices Molly, I'd say we have pretty high chances of having at least a small appearance of her.

I agree, I do not see why Molly can not show up even if it's only for a cameo or maybe half a Episode.

I wouldn't like to see Molly in Season 2.
The only reason is that she's in Savannah and I wouldn't like season 2 taking place anywhere near that place.

She got me the first time because I was one handed on a PS3 controller. There was no way I was doing that xD. I don't like her that much. I mean yeah, she, as a person is fucking awesome. However, she doesn't completely fill the whole Kirkman ZA image. She just handles herself too well. She seems to have basically infinte stamina, strength, and endurence. She picks Lee up, and catches him while he was in mid-air. She climbs buildings using an ice pick. she is able to do such great aerobatics and gymnastics. No offense, but it doesn't seem realistic. She shows to have weaknesses, but compared to Lee's and Kenny's and the others, hers are minimal. I'd like to see her again, but only for maybe an episode or two

Yeah this. It was like a superhero cameo, completely over the top and ridiculous.

And the Dead walking the earth and not rotting away as fast as they do, and the military with tanks and ships loses to things that walk at 5 miles a hour, that is so not ridiculous, just saying there have been stranger things in the Walking Dead.

Yeah, The Walking Dead is always down-to-earth. They would never have anything over-the-top or unrealistically awesome. Ninjas are right out.

There was no sarcasm in that sentience at all, what do you mean the words go somewhere, your crazy.

Accepting something like the dead coming back and the idea that the entire military could lose to them is just a necessary means for the premise of the story to work. It doesn't mean we can't have standards for how grounded the actual characters we deal with should or shouldn't be.

    True.

I'm really hoping to see Molly again in Season 2. Right now, my thoughts are that maybe she left Savannah and found her way to the community Tavia lives at and with luck, Clementine, Omid and Christa will be there, too.

I could handle a cameo; that's about it.

Only if she makes a cameo appearence. Because you could get her killed in Season 1, so I think she could return, but as a come-and-go character.

No, you couldn't. You could shoot her in the shoulder or leave her behind but she runs away no matter what, leaving her fate unknown.

No Molly Please, leave it to a one episode cameo and that be it.

It's too late now though since she's already been established as an over the top character, wouldn't make much sense if she couldn't do what she once did but if she was realistic to begin with I would have liked her.
