Mark

If Mark survived, do you think there would have been compotition between him and Kenny to be Lee's best friend?

Eh, not likely. Although, if Mark did survive, maybe things could've turned out differently.

Maybe. It did seem like Kenny was out of the picture before Mark got shot by that arrow (I mean bolt). That was a bummer what happened to Mark. He seemed like an okay guy.

Mark didn't seem like a competitive person. All he really seemed to want was to stay alive, so I doubt it.

I think Mark was a great guy, the calm and loyal type. Someone we definitely would have needed, and someone I would have called a bro like Kenny, but y'know... that's not how it was supposed to be I guess.

There would have been no competition...
My Lee only talks to Kenny if he has no choice...
I am helped him at every turn except I wouldn't kill Larry and he then leaves me to die back in episode 3...
    Mark wouldn't have left me...
Though Mark would have to compete really well to beat Doug...

Mark had bigger potential to be a bro than Doug, with Kenny... it's debatable. Mark wasn't a leader type like Kenny, but he would have been more loyal to Lee. If you side against Kenny in the meat locker, his loyalty after this incident is out the question, only when you pull the 'family card' out in the end of episode 4 he then starts to be a real bro again. Mark had potential, but I knew he wouldn't have made it far. I only wonder how good his combat skills were at first. Anyway my overall score would be Kenny>Mark>Doug

With my Kenny mark wouldn't have had any competition because I don't like kenny

No competition whatsoever. Kenny was there for me from the very beginning. He came back when Lee was about to be left behind in the drug store, and I never forgot that. All Mark did was tell Larry what I thought of him, then get shot.

Warned you that they were cannibals as he was dying.

Also saved you from brenda as a walker(even as a walker he had your back).

He also had his share of faults, though. Wastes a bullet with a missed shot at a bird, tells Larry what you said about him, and blurts out that your group has a veterinarian to the St. Johns. Though the last one may have been beneficial at first, it was a little too eager.

Besides, even if you opened the door and Mark was already dead, i think it's fairly easy to figure out that the St. Johns killed him.

He's a good guy, though. I felt like he was used just to be killed as an example of the St. Johns' cannibalism, and would have liked to see more of him.

After Episode 2 Kenny was hardly vying to be my acquaintance.

Mark was amiable, but alas a redshirt.

I knew they were cannibals already. I called it right after the Jolene stuff happened, so Mark telling me something I already knew really doesn't earn him any points.

And neither does him killing Brenda as a walker. The only reason he did that was because she was the closest one to him. If Kat or Lee had been closer, zombie Mark would have eaten them instead.

    Very true

I think it would depend on the person’s playthrough if anything. If Mark had survived but what happens in the meat locker still occurred I'm willing to bet both Mark and Kenny would be each other’s best friend because I didn't give either of them food, my relationship with Kenny kind of plummets after that as I side with Lilly and I sort of got the impression Mark was a tattletale that liked to gossip.

He seemed like a ok guy like Kenny, he would have become a secondary friend if he had lived.
