How many TT game series do you own an episode/game from?

edited May 2013 in General Chat
I'm personally curious to see whether the boards are segregated between S&M and WD fans or if you guys like everything TT puts out.

I own everything at least once thanks to the last Indieroyale.

Everything except Law & Order and Hector.

I don't plan to get L&O any time soon, but I might take a look at Hector.

    Everything except Law & Order

Oh yeah. I forgot about this one. Just like the rest of the world including TTG itself. I guess I don't own everything then.

I own most but not all...

    ...yet

I own everything (game-wise) that's available in the Telltale Store (my first purchase was Out from Boneville on September 18, 2005), plus Poker Night at the Inventory 2 that isn't.

I believe I own an episode of everything except Jurassic Park (tragically).

Nah, everything about it sounds great, from what I've heard.

for now only TWD, but I just can't get rid of the feeling (the same I had before buying TWD and absolutely loving it) that I should definitely go and play some more of their games. If they put as much effort into their other games as into TWD, I am incredibly happy not to have played any of them, as it means I can still enjoy them blind. :D

Sam and Max Season 3, both Poker Night games, and the first Puzzle Agent.

-Sam and Max season 2 and 3
    -Walking Dead
    -Law and Order
    -Jurassic Park

Ok I am really stupid, but I don't understand the poll. :o

But for TT games I own, the entire season of Sam & Max 1-3, Tales of Monkey Island, Back to the Future the Game and Puzzle Agent 1.

    Well, that would be S&M + 3 non-WD.

It is a bit confusing, but once you figure out what the abbreviations are (Sam & Max, Walking Dead) it becomes a little clearer. Just a bit.

kind of confusing poll but i own the sam and max games, the walking dead, back to the future, the poker night games and CSI: 3 dimensions of murder
  • edited May 2013
That would be "WD + S&M + 3+ (different series)".

EDIT: I thought that was a question, but apparently you already voted.

I own all S&M, both Bones and Puzzle Agents, SBCG4AP, the two first poker games, ToMI and CSI: Hard Evidence (never played it). Plus one game that still kind of pisses me off slightly whenever I think about it (played first episode).

Ahh yeah now that you mention that I can see it.
    Thanks a lot.

In the interest of clarity I've edited the original questionnaire in order to expand the abbreviations. Hopefully this will reduce the potential confusion of those willing to participate in this experiment.

(Wow, caffeine agrees with me this morning)

All three Sam and Max seasons (though 1 and 2 are on the Wii)
Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People (again, Wii)
    Tales of Monkey Island
    Back to the Future
    Jurassic Park
    The Walking Dead
    Hector
    Puzzle Agent 1
    Both Poker Nights

You made the "+" disappear from the "3 games" options though. Maybe it should say "3 or more games"? Someone could potentially own four or more of Bone, PA, ToMI, SBCG4AP, PNatI, Hector, CSI, L&O, BttF and JP with or without owning S&M and/or WD. There's no option for that now.

    *sigh*

    Fixed.

JP was the only Telltale Game I never finished.

I guess I just got fed up with the QTEs.

    Tales of monkey island
    Sam and max
    strong bad cool game
free episode of back to the future
free episode of wallace and gromit
Tales is the only one I paid full price for. Everything else I got on a special reduced deal.

What with the sales and sellers over the years, I totally lost track!

But after tallying them up, here they are, arranged by favorite to least favorite:

    Devil's Playhouse
    S&M Season Two
    Tales of Monkey Island
    Puzzle Agent 1 + 2
    Hector, Badge of Carnage
    S&M Season One
    Poker Night 1 + 2
Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People
    Back to the Future

Regardless of their order, all of them are pretty deeply beloved.
Hell, Back to the Future's the only one I'd even consider flawed (good for the most part, but has its problems).

I really need to re-purchase the ones I bought for the Wii. It's been stolen quite a while back, and I cannot tell you how much I want see Guybrush in court again.

i forgot about Wallace and Gromit and i played and liked the free episode of strong bad but i haven't gotten round to buying it yet
