Hey guys, normally I wouldn't say anything about this sort of thing (I think it's more fun for you guys to speculate!) but since there's a real human being involved I think I will...

Stephanie's HAIR was a modified version of the contest winner zombie's hair, but that's it. The rest of Stephanie's model is new and/or modified versions of other things in our library.

But they're not the same person!

    :)

Thanks, Sean Ainworths. That makes me feel better since Stephanie appears to be having a little fanbase of her own here.

Cool! Thanks for the info! We were really confused haha! And have you looked at the Nate DLC thread? You think, maybe, you could some "deets" about Nate in future Walking Dead seasons? I mean, we need to get our beaks wet.

    Have a great day!

And that is NOT ideal at all, it may have been a bad idea to reveal what her name was, extra sorry about that since I asked.

I was reading some of the responses about Stephanie, as well as reading her wiki entries. From the comments and the entry, it is implied that her model is based off of one of the contest winners. However, I thought there was only one contest winner, which was Brie. Can anyone shed any light to this?

If she is indeed a real person, it feels bad that we are calling Stephanie hot in the attractive thread, among other things.

To me Stephanie was the hottest looking female character in this episode, followed by Shel.

She was definitely hot! I can now say that without feeling bad since the contest winner does look definitely younger than the zombie

Is there a image of the Zombie (contest winner) that went for Lee? I can't remember that part and can't find an image of it online (trying not to check the game cause I plan a full 3rd replay in the future). Or images of all the contest winner characters in the game??

Doug's likeness was based on a TT employee, so I don't think he counts as a contest winner

    No shit?

I almost feel bad about saying his VA sucked.

I thought He was good, not as good as Carley but he was good, him and his bells.

I don't know.. Shel reminds me of those 70/80s waitresses in rollerskates. That haircut.

There were five contest winners. (Or four.)

To my belief, Doug MAY have been one, because there is a real Doug.)

Brie was one, and the last three were walkers, but one walker's model was reused as Stephanie.

So yes, there is a likeness of Stephanie somewhere in the world.

No, Doug worked at Telltale, for a while at least, his name was Doug Tabbaco lol

Dunno about you OP, but I feel a hell of a lot better saying a real girl is hot than a totally made up character!

    I sure don't, but that's just me.

The thing isn't if a real girl is hotter a video game character (I find real women hot) but the creepy factor that comes along when some finding out that a human character that they find hot is a real person - a person who isn't a celebrity. It is why a few of us here like Ghositex was worried about. Let's say that Stephanie was base on a real person who isn't a celebrity and becomes as popular as Carley or the Wii Fit Girl after her appearance in Smash Brothers. Wouldn't it be creepy to have fans lusting for the character and finding out she's real.

No offense to anyone, but some people can be real dumbasses who can't differentiate between a real person and fantasy, so they might bother the real person or think they know her because of a game or movie. It's just disrespectful, IMO.

For example, there would be comments to this person like "you are soooooo hawt!", "Do you know that you are in a game?", etc..

There's a reason why movies and tv shows don't have real numbers shown.
