Why hate on Becca ?
Why do people hate on Becca , i mean she is just a kid .
Yes she is acting very rude and dark like Carl , but maybe Shel can change her depending on our choices like when season 2 comes out , Becca will become a good person if your Shel was nice and din't decide to kill the intruder and kill Stephanie . Or if you make Shel rude and kill the intruder and Stephanie than Becca will become a villain in season 2 or possibly like Lilly i guess .
So why do you guys hate on Becca ?

I'd either be someone completely useful who gets everyone killed...
Or I'd end up as someone very warped who is not above killing...
Seriously, if you tell her "Fine. You do it" during the kill or not kill Stephanie, she'll actually have a shocked look on her face, and then recollect herself. I really do believe she was trying to build a shield around herself, and wasn't trying to be "annoying" as some are putting it. Also, everyone during the camp scene during Tavia's story was in a bad mood, and not just Becca, considering all that's happened to them.
I guess none of you have had siblings or teenagers to deal with.
Seemed unnaturally normal during Day 236, but the break-in obviously hurt her. Can't really blame her outlook later on.
You don't know what happened to her that made her what she is today . Becca is just a kid thrown in a world of madness and death like Clem and Duck . Not all kids will be optimistic and innocent like Clem in a zombie apocalypse you know . Maybe she was like Clem when she was 8 or 9 but changed when the apocalypse happened .
Even if that means forgiving someone who killed my favourite character (At least he is in heaven now working at the inventory doing some waitor duties so he is doing pretty well for a dead guy)or Attempting to save or console people who actively leave me for dead
That is why I don't kill not even Larry when it puts me at risk, I don't abandon Lilly when she clearly is off her head and has no idea what she is doing, I leave Saint John's to the walkers and will ensure no matter how messed up a character may be I will do my best to get everyone out of Season 2 alive and well even if they don't necessarily deserve it
Keep in mind she's got at least four years on Clementine so she probably isn't as trusting, likely more paranoid.
I'm gonna give her character a chance and see what happens in Season 2.
Yeah but I would probably forgive Clementine if she was like that, because I know she's been through a lot and still has a sweet side. For all we know, Becca was never nice and sweet and just become more of a cold hearted bitch when the shit hit the fan.
Fear does crazy things to us all. She seems somewhat 'normal' at the start when she's playing the guitar. Maybe it's just when she panics that she turns into a colossal bitch and a half.
Considering it's just her and Shel, there's always the possibility she saw her parents as walkers.
She wasn't meant to be the same kind of moral center that Clem was, but she is still a kid growing up having to decide what's necessary and what's morally right. Naturally pragmatism is going to come into debate.
Tell Becca to shoot Stephanie, and you can tell she doesn't have the stomach to it herself by the look on her face.
She tries to act all tough with her trips sneaking outside the wall, saying there's no danger. As soon as Shel says it's time to leave, Becca pisses her pants but disguises it as a "I'm tough and pissed off" attitude.
At the end of the day, Becca doesn't realize how much Shel does for her.
You know what else starts with a B?
BITCH
I didn't think she was a teenager, I thought she was only 2 or 3 years older than Clem. Probably 11 or 12. Most likely 12.
"Pre-teens" as they call them these days...
she may be 13 that is technically when someone is a teenager, but that is irrelevant to my point, you don't magically change once you hit a certain age
If only more people would understand that...
Dis
Then, after the whole break-in, she starts acting really messed up. And she's still stupid. I let the guy go, and one of the first things Becca says to me in the RV is that she's been sneaking out through the loose boards in back. She responds with "There's nothing out there, nobody saw me." Aparently hordes of flesh eating dead people and a group of bandits that have attacked us on at least one occasion with guns, and killed a member of our group are nothing. If those bandits had found those boards because she was sneaking in and out, the entire group could have been killed. And then, as soon as she knows Stephanie stole supplies, she just says "We have to kill her! Here, let me do it!" I would NOT want a little kid like that in MY group. She's violent and stupid.
Ok the jump on Shel really was dumb. But other then that i wouldn't be so harsh on her.
Lets wait and see if she's in S2 and maybe meets Clem. She might become a 'big sis' kind of type for her and change for good. Who knows?
Hahah
