If this is after the RV scene, then yeah. But if such a choice was presented before she'd gone and killed a fan favorite group member? Might just be Kenny would get the short end of the stick. Seeing how the majority sided with Lilly in the meatlocker, according to the statistics. It would be interesting to see the statistics of this choice if the players had been presented with it before most people (including me) switched to "I hate Lilly's guts".

Well if this choice was after the meat locker than many people would of choosen Lilly and a few would of choosen Kenny . And then the forum would be blossomed with Lilly love and Kenny hate and you would see Yamiraziel every day .
Doug. He was awesome, but he was never given a chance. I also would've liked to see his helplessness storyline go further than one conversation. Doug seemed like a bit of an afterthought. Like, "Oh, we gotta make a decision between two characters. Alright, so let's think. Ok, Carley could be a gunslinging badass, vs. a smart guy, Doug. So Carley has a radio, and is trying to contact her radio station, but she can't find batteries, and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah... Oh, and Doug loses hope or something."
Easy: Chuck and/or Mike. Both of their characters only served a single purpose and were then killed off.
Mike was there only so they didn't have to kill and eat any of the more important characters. They couldn't even introduce him on-screen? He seemed like a really nice guy and a bro.
Chuck had it even worse. He showed up at the end of Chapter 3, did absolutely nothing of note, and was killed at the beginning of 4. What was the point of that? I guess he was important to tell you to train Clementine but even so what a waste of a character.
My second playthrough I was pro-Kenny nearly always and dropped Ben and I got Wife, Ben and Kenny (?!). I mean, c'mon, the guy has NOTHING to complain about from my side.
I do wonder how that works, I got Carley Kenny and Wife, I never was mean to Carley and I only disagreed with Ben and the Station Wagon, still got bro speech.
I truly wonder what Lee says at "Kenny" if you've got the bro speech. Probably expresses regret that he couldn't save him? That's what he does if you pick Carley. I believe the exact quote from my first playthrough was "Yes, of course. Her name was Carley. I feel like I didn't do enough to protect her" or something close to that. I reckon Kenny would get something similar.
Not sure if the game even allows you to be a dick to Carley. I don't recall any mean options, and I think the romance, kiss and stuff, happens regardless of what you do. Even if you're totally silent, in which case it looks ridiculous, but still works out. But with Kenny, yeah, there are probably a few different options how the stranger dialogue can turn out.

The only time I can think of when you can be a jerk to her is in the office of the pharmacy in Episode 1. There are a few negative responses there, but the only one I remember is "I don't trust you." Wait, no, you can also accuse her of stealing the supplies, I think.

Which would make that choice 20 to 80%, and take a wild guess who would be saved the most.
