Yep. It's the version of the Sam & Max office theme from Poker Night at the Inventory. There's two more Sam & Max references in The Wolf Among Us episode 1 too.
That easter egg made it tough to take the scene seriously for me. It's like having a grizzly murder-rape crime scene in L&O-SVU, but out of nowhere Bozo the clown starts twerking in the background.
