Telltale Games and Flying Wild Hog, along with the closet zombies of Devolver Digital, are excited to announce a special Halloween cross promotion between Shadow Warrior and The Walking Dead. Starting today, you can wield the zombie slaying ice axe from The Walking Dead in Flying Wild Hog’s reimagined Shadow Warrior as an alternative to the iconic katana.

You can find it listed in the menu options once you start up Shadow Warrior.

Additionally, a 25% off coupon for Shadow Warrior has been slipped into your Steam inventory as a special thanks for your support of The Walking Dead.

That makes three FPSes Telltale's done tie-ins with. :P

    Shadow Warrior is one of the best games i have played this year. Similar to painkiller, just a lot more intense and bloody, not to mention pretty along with some awesome dialogue. The only drawback is that it has no multiplayer.
