The PlayStation 3 Season Pass will be Episodes 1-5 for $19.99 USD or equivalent, vs $4.99 USD for each episode individually.
We're working with PlayStation to get the Season Pass up as soon as possible, so if that $4.99 USD saving over the course of the season is important to you, you might want to wait for the Season Pass option.
Really? Where is the season pass option on PSN? I hope this is not seriously happening again after we had the exact same issue with TWAU relea… morese (the season pass for that didn't show up until Friday). Can anyone tell me if the season pass is gonna be episodes 1-5 or 2-5 please?
can't wait for the walking dead season 2 episode 1 ON IOS. sorry. it's hard to own an IOS device sometimes. after having the release date dela… moreyed for so long after other platforms during season 1, I thought this time around would be different. yet here I am. waiting for the IOS release now that pc/mac/ps3 are out and the xbox version comes out tomorrow. sigh.
AAaaaah... Should I buy it now on PSN or wait for the season pass...
I THOUGHT SEASON 1 WOULD HAVE PREPARED ME FOR SUCH CHOICES...
So what's the ETA for the season pass on the PSN?

Ok thank you for the info. $5 isn't a big deal but I just like buying the whole season so I'm good to go and I feel like I'm being an idiot if I pay for something twice for no reason. After the same issue when TWAU released it was just frustrating to see the season pass was missing again. I am kind of guessing this issue is probably on Sonys end but I figured I would try posting on here to. As long as the issue is known and being addressed I'm cool with that so thanks again for the response and the amazing games.

Thank you, Telltale, for creating the best gaming/story telling experience ever! Thank you to every single one of you! Please never stop making The Walking Dead!
I was just telling a friend tonight that I hope to play The Walking Dead season 50, when Clem finally dies surrounded by her children and grandchildren and then we get to pick which grandchild we'll use for Season 51.

They usually release new episode 4-6 weeks after the previous one aired. So I estimate Episode 2 (or 7?) to release sometime between January 14-28. Hope that helped.
The Vita port hasn't been abandoned There's been official announcements from Telltale staff all throughout this month on the PlayStation blog (Keep an eye on that if you're interested in PlayStation system releases, as that's your best bet for information for those platforms).
Telltale's PR person Laura Perusco (puzzlebox) just made an announcement on the PlayStation blog about the PlayStation Vita versions of both The Walking Dead Season Two and The Wolf Among Us today:

The team is working on both of those right now, and we hope to have an update for PS Vita folks soon after the holidays!
Because I have that right. Besides, this place is really the only place to find information. Even moreso, since Telltale has essentially abandoned the Vita release. Would an official announcement kill them?
I updated the title of the thread with the latest news known about the versions that haven't been released yet, namely that iOS version is coming by the end of this week and that Telltale will make an update about the Vita versions of their games after the holidays. Here's the latest word on the latter:

it's normally between 12pm and 3pm although I have seen updates go live closer to 5pm. So I'll be like parcel force, or any other good delivery company and say - sometime between 12pm and 6pm
I am in Western Australia the time is 7:17 pm on 18 December. I use a PS3 on the Download Content section of the game I have season 1, 400 days and the season pass that I have brought. When the hell does the Second season show up? I have tried the PS Store and I can see even TWD: Survival Insistence but not all that remains? When is the Australian release date and how do I know when it is available?

hopefully though, it will be released today
To me, that is NOT an official announcement, and that is what's getting to me. That is a reply in the comments section-people who were to visit that site looking for Vita news are unlikely to ever see it. That's what I mean and why I'm frustrated with Telltale right now. Not getting a concrete date is fine, but they could have made an official announcement about the game not being out until next year AGES ago, rather than making false promises and letting us all get our hopes up.

Also, kind of wish you'd mentioned that in the thread for the Vita release. The other release date thread is full of spoilers that show up in the Feed of anyone subscribed to it, which you have to be if you want to know if someone replied to your post. It's kind of said that the thread got ignored when this information came to light.

It's probably Sony's fault, not TTG.
Yeah, I'm aware of that.
YES!!!! Thank you soooo much, puzzlebox!
Welp... Too late, I caved...
thanks puzzle. The only question is what "this week" means, and when this week. but thank you for taking the time to tell me. it's nice of you.
