I cant download episode 2 for PC. When i click the Episodes option on the main menu the game says "coming soon". There is no download button.

I’d only defend Sony if they were in the right. In this instance they hold no sway on the blame what-so-ever. The issue is with Telltale having it pass QA in EU localising it for Pal territories, with the difference in screen resolution and power output, is very time consuming and labor intensive.

I used to work in the games industry and if you want to get your PSN game released on a given week you have to give it to Sony a minimum of (I think) two week’s before to ensure it can be fully tested in time. A delay of just one week is a dead giveaway that the submission was late or it failed QA within the first couple of days of testing.
Now given these two possible causes and the fact that TWD Season 1 Episodes 2-5, and 400 days, and the Vita port, and both episodes of Wolf Among Us and now both episodes of TWD Season 2 have all been delayed what is more likely? That SCEE somehow messed up 10 separate releases in a row for this developer or that TTG are repeating the same QA mistakes or missing that deadline because they’re working on four games at once on every platform going at the same time?
