Nah, saying his fate will be explored is virtually admitting he is alive in my opinion. Think about it, what's the point of just showing a brief scene of Kenny as a walker or dead? They wouldn't be going back to Savannah either. Trust me he will be alive and will most likely show in Episode 2, if not some point later in the season.
For some reason I can see telltale doing this scenario, if Kenny dies saving ben (then Lily will appear in ep.2)
and if Kenny saves Christa while she's trapped in the building he escapes (then Kenny will appear in ep.2)
It seems more like anti Kenny fans than Lilly fans. I've seen like one or two overly angry Lilly fans but the others seem more or less just anti Kenny. Just saying this so I'm not thrown into the group for using le avatar or anything

Not saying that he isn't wrong, because he definitely is, and both "sides" have done bad things, but so far, the "Lilly" fans seem worse.
