  • Just said it like that because we don't know if we are gonna have Season 3 but if we do of course i'd like him to last as long as possible

I'm still not sure that Kenny should die in this season, but other than that, Agreed.

  • That cookie looks fucking delicious. :)

  • You could skip the energy bars though. Part of the fun was not being rushed. Play throughit slow or fast. In S2's first ep there isn't much to do besides move

Yeah it had much more action , you basically spend 70% of the time in Ep 1 of Season 1 handing out energy bars and lookin for a key

  • I'd jump at the chance for extra dialogue with any character. If more players talked to those two at the Dairy there'd be less hate also

I love how you can actually just ignore some people in those sequences. for example, in all of my playthroughs of the game, I don't think I've once gone out of my way to talk to Larry and Lilly at the St. John's Dairy.

Eh, I think I just didn't see them the first time, and then afterwards I never wanted to talk to them because I knew what Lilly did to Carley.

But I actually think that thats a good thing, that you can just miss people and it changes your opinion of them, because they were off in the corner on the pavillion or something, and Kenny was playing with Duck in the yard, I actually only saw Kenny, so I talked to him, and totally missed them on the pavillion.

  • There's no way they're ending this at Season 2, besides being a goldmine for Telltale, it's also their best game to date. Plus, The Walking Dead(as a franchise) is all about long stretching stories following characters or groups of characters as they change and survive. The TV show was picked up for a 5th Season, The Comics just published Vol. 20: All Out War (Part 1), so Telltale has plenty more Seasons in them. Especially since it's only getting more popular, and getting them more money.

Welll when the episode 1 of SE1 released it was not too good and then episode 2 comes its really amzing and right now the episode 1 o SE2 is not too good but not too bad ...its the same condition as in season 1 episode 1....they have to work very hard on episode 2 and even if it delayed its alright because after delayed its going to be amazing....so the real season 2 begins from episode 2 ....like the real season 1 begins from epiosde 2 ...understand...this answer is to snake charmer of borg

I though it was great! Sure it didn't have the much action or fighting as S1E1 did but it had a good storyline. People just need to give it some time.

It was actually bit awks to even walk to them. I thought they were background only if I'm remembering it correctly. The pavillion was just odd to navigate. It is good I suppose with the opinion changing. My opinion with Kenny changed like five times throughout the game and three or four were just thefirst playthrough

I think some people didn't mean to take the watch and thought the hand icon was to pick it up to examine to watch more closely.

Honestly though I just picked it up because from playing adventure games I've noticed that generally if you can grab something it would be used in a puzzle later on and if you pick it up now you don't have to walk back to pick it up again.

P.S. See my what do you think of my opinion pls :)

  • I sincerely hope so. Right now the problems I have are in the way they are framing their choices and choosing to introduce characters. While some may have been bored by the first episode of Season 1, I found that they gave us a great introduction to characters that gave them a decent amount of death and the things that happened were either not your fault, or if they were, they were clearly something you chose to do or not, not things that were thrust upon your character as their fault when you, the player, couldn't do anything about it. Here's hoping the rest of the season is better.

  • It surely makes for an interesting decision if Kenny turns out to be Carver or a rival group and you have to choose which group to go with at a certain point (it would take a lot for me to not pick Kenny). You are uncertain about the cabin group as well as about how much the season 1 Kenny (or Lilly) character has changed.

I think that the exact feeling that TTG wanted to gave us. We don't know this people,we don't know if we can trust them (at least, not all of '

  • I think I didn't like it as much as S1E1 because we are playing as Clementine. I'm not saying it should be changed or anything, it's just that I wanted somebody who wasn't already introduced in depth.

  • edited January 2014

Well, a little more interaction would have been nice. If they wanted the first episode to be longer, they could have added a "hub" area in the house right after Clementine eats so she can explore a bit before moving on. That would have added twenty or so minutes on the clock.

  • This. I think I know why they made it this way, I mean Rebecca obviously wouldn't be civil with us if we talked to her and the other characters besides Luke would be suspicious or feel awkward because of the tension. Only Luke and Pete would talk to us fully and I suppose we talk to Luke at dinner and Pete fishing so. Hopefully next ep we can convince them to be more open with Clem and then the hub will let us talk

  • I agree with others that they took too much control out of the game. A lot of people are complaining about season 1 ep1 where you find and hand out energy bars, but that stuff was really important, it established a relationship with other survivors, I felt like I was helping. Finding the key was likewise not as blatantly obvious as finding the medical supplies. Which was so obvious it seemed stupid to be doing it.
I guess I felt like the game was dumbed down and too obvious. I hope that the next episode breaks away from that. Because I found myself less interested in the game after finishing this first installment of season 2

  • I have no idea how to do either of these things. Oy maybe I wasn't paying attention.

For me it took about 2 hours. But I spent a lot of time making sure that I looked at every single thing. It's cool how there's a button that can show you all the selectables. And that 'run' feature- amazing.

  • edited January 2014

Still, it would have been nice to explore the house and look at random things. I liked season one mostly because of all the memorable quotes Lee would make simply by looking at something.
