Does taking the watch is episode 1 make any difference in episode 2?
Yes - it was actually Pete's. Nick mentions it when he asks what time it is, and you can give it to him. He really appreciates it. :]
Have you played episode 2? If not then I'll just say that it makes a small difference(in my eyes)
You can say that.... And for better also. It appears it was Pete's and you have the option to give it to Nick later on in the game. I'm pretty sure it has some of impact on Nick? At least that's what it looked like to me.
I didn't take the watch . I guess looting is the answer.
I noticed that on my 2nd playthrough. Kinda made me wished I had taken the watch on my original playthrough just so I could cheer ol' Nick up a bit.
