Carver is similar to David from 'The Last of us'

Does anyone else get reminded of David from the last of us when they see Carver?

  1. They look similar
  2. They Sound similar
  3. They both control a larger group
  4. David wants to keep Ellie alive and befriend her, lets not go into why...
    Carver is seen next to Clem in the preview for the next episode, maybe for a similar reason

Just wondering if anyone else thought this way.

    I think they look similar. But this is telltale, all their characters are original. I want to know more about Carver..

    Yes I was thinking of this when I play the episode. I have play the last of us

    • both control a large group of people (David was losing control over his group, his people was talking a re-vote)
    • both think that they are doing the right thing.
    • both are leaders and try and control a community.
    • David was mental sick, Carver hasn't shown signs but we haven't seen much of him to tell.
    • David tried to change Ellie to come to his way of thinking, Carver try to turn Clem away from her cabin group - not to trust them.
