So... is he kill able? Plenty of people are saying he can die if you do "nothing". Then another group is saying he cannot die in episode 2. I'm confused. Can he die or not?

He can't die. There are some trolls in the forum that say: ''_______ can survive if you _______'' to make us play the whole episode again .
If he can die, then someone just need to put video and problem solved.
Carlos can't be killed in ep2. Carver wouldn't kill him because he knows Rebecca might need a doctor soon and apparently he thinks he's the father to Rebecca's child. That means he will try to protect 'his' child.
