Who should be the leader of the group? Luke or K?
K is for Kenny. Personally, I think Luke is more levelheaded than Kenny. For instance, when Kenny was getting angry at the dinner table arguing with Nick, Luke kept his cool. Luke surrendered his weapon and the group followed his lead after we first found Kenny. Luke was even smart enough to know he was outnumbered and outgunned so he hid since he didn't want anyone to get hurt by recklessly shooting at them. This gave the group hope of someone on the outside. A good leader always gives his group hope and helps them through a tough time. Kenny on the other hand hotheadedly started shooting with no concern about the group's safety and got people killed. He even got one of his own group members killed. Luke is more qualified for the leadership role. Who do you think should lead the group?

Kenny is too impulsive, that's (also) why we love home. And now... He's really strange, it seems he's minded to do terrible thinks for the people who love, he don't want to lose his friends and his "family", not again.

Carlos should continue to be the leader

Carlos is the leader. He seems to keep a cool head most of the time. That's needed. Luke and Kenny are more the guys who get shit done if needed to. They at least seem to be a lot more capable than Carlos in most situations. If Carlos, Kenny and Luke worked together this way, they would surely overcome a lot of hardships. At least better than if Kenny or Luke would take charge. Not that I think they couldn't, but I think there would be a lot of conflicts like with Kenny and Lilly in season 1.
1 more for Clem, Luke can be my puppet and I'll stand beside the throne pulling the strings. I love Kenny but I wouldn't want him in charge of anything.
At first I was like "KENNY!!"
and I made Clementine run up and hug him, but after a little while it became clear that he isn't quite the same Kenny as before. The year or so that he and Clementine have spent apart have really changed him (which is understandable, Clementine has changed a lot too), but it seems like seeing Clementine has brought back some bad old memories he was trying to keep in the past, which I think could combine badly with his new life and easily make him unstable again (like accidentally saying Duck's name at the dinner table).
For that reason, I tended to lean towards the new group when making decisions like which table to sit at. I still don't trust them all completely however, so I could regret that decision slightly... especially if Kenny's anything like in the first season, because not being completely loyal to him is sure to make him hate me
Anyway, I'm really enjoying this season so far and I really do hope that there is some more depth to the characters like Carver, Kenny and the group from the cabin because I think it would be awesome to regret my decision to lean towards them and find out they're not who I expected :P

Carlos seems like the most natural leader of the bunch to me. Kenny is unstable and Luke is too young and lacks authority.
For the immediate future we've got to worry that Carver is now the leader.

She's one of the most competent people on this damn team. Nick's a fuck-up, Kenny's loosing his damn mind, Sarita, sarah and Alvin ain't gonna do shit, Rebecca is pregnant, Luke ran off, and Carlos...well I just don't want him bossing me around, especially when he thinks Clem can't do anything cause she's little. I wanted Clem to ask him, have we been watching the same episode? You bitches make me do everything!

As Nick said, Luke has the tendency to lead people to hell and then he doesn't even give a damn. Both him and Kenny are terrible leaders of their own respective group and I think Carlos should take over leadership, since he actually knows what responsibility is.

I'm gonna share a couple of my opinons on the new leader issue.
Kenny: I personally wouldn't pick Kenny. He seems really damaged from everything that happened to him and his family. That stuff left a lot of emotional scars on him that would probably affect his decisions for the group.
Luke: Luke does seem like a good choice. He's strong, smart and rational but the problem with him is that he's a bit too young and inexperienced to lead the whole group.
Nick: Well, Nick is probably a very bad choice. He's a bit childish, immature and hotheaded and doesn't make the smartest decisions under pressure.
Carlos: Carlos is the current leader and probably the best. He's rational, smart, protects the group and always does whats best for them. His only weakness may be that he has a daughter, which means that if she gets in trouble he will probably put the whole group in risk to save her.
P.S.: Watch out for those spoilers, man. There is no one with the first letter "K" in the group and a lot of people of have been speculating that Kenny might return so you might have spoiled it for someone.
