That's really good, did you do the the D freehand? If you did i made this a while ago and i didn't know if it might help if you used it as a stencil, it could also make the process of painting the D slightly quicker.

They might view mass production as infringing on their rights, but I doubt a fan based creation(s) would annoy them. Then again it might, so maybe doing some snooping around and getting the green light first...
I can't remember where but i saw a interview where they said that they use fake blood and splatter it on manually so every hat will have a unique splatter pattern.

Think should be competition but something hard maybe something personal so users can't just google it maybe guess a number or what you think is your favourite color is or maybe guess who your least favorite character is not sure something like that or maybe just give hat to me possibly
I haven't put much thought into it. Was thinking of doing 1 hat a week, but the shipping is going to be tricky. I don't want people to spam … moretheir address because that might cause problems. I'm sure we can figure something out as a community.
One other thing, this hat is more of a display because its airbrushed and i haven't tested if its washable or if the paint will rub off so its still in testing. I will try to make it permanent since im sure people are going to want to wear them

Yea I free handed it, did it pretty quick so I didn't want to print stuff and thangs out.

Um if some random guy sold it on ebay for 26$.. i doubt he'd get sued. That guy sold a crap ton (I think even to staff).
