Well done, have you thought of bringing that hat to large companies to make some money off of it. Or telltale could sell it on their website or at comic-con.
The blood spatter is perfect! Great color and mix of splashing vs pooling. On a completely personal agenda I'd say the splashes should start from the bottom left of the front right portion of the hat and go on a more horizontal diagonal path to the upper right of the front right portion of the hat. You have them going from the bottom/bottom right to the top/top left portion of the hat, which is fine, but I think the previous is a better representation of Lee's blood splatter but again that's completely personal preference.
The dirt seems purposefully set imo. Depends on the paint you are using I might suggest dipping a towel in it, wringing it out, and blotching/smearing it onto the hat in an unnatural pattern, maybe even getting more on the blue rim area and not focusing it on the white area completely (which it looks like you did from the picture). Also remember you don't need to go too overboard with the dirt.
Again not trying to be rude, your hat is beautiful and I can't wait to get one (I'd better be getting one....) just things I think may make it look slightly better.
Don't sweat it, good advice too. I know what you mean by it looking setup and not organic, I guess ima have to get down and dirty and throw paint around lol
Alright

Hey @JonGon, Oh man i've been really busy with recent projects and haven't had the time to hang out here as much. I miss a lot of peeps here. Plus the comic convention season is heating up and that means photos and more photos! Starting with Wondercon this weekend! If I see any Walking Dead cosplayers especially Clem i'll post up the pics here.

Can I give some constructive criticism for next time?

How's the project(s) going Jon?
All hats are painted but I'm letting the paint cure properly.
Dude, once these are done you should branch out and try your hand at a Nick hat, or a Kenny hat, or even Nate's hat.
always someone to complain
JONGON!!!!! How's the project?
